I stopped 6:30 today #21 was old and cold tasting, the bread was dry. I have never had this bad quality of food from this location. The customer service was great. The wasn’t happy, I had a very I pset stomach after I got to work.

The Jack n the box off Galloway in mesquite tx next to wells Fargo should be ashamed at the quality of the meal i received. The meat on my burger was hard and dry as if it had been sitting out for a while and was placed in a microwave when someone ordered that particular burger. I wouldn’t dare serve anyone that… especially a paying customer. I’m actually upset at myself for thinking I was going to get a quality meal knowing most fast food restaurants could care less what they give you as long as you’re paying your hard earned money. This is unacceptable and wrong to give your customers this level of service. I believe that Chick fil la is the only fast food restaurant that takes pride in serving their customers. Lesson learned and I won’t be going there again…the health department would not approve

My cousin and I did a late night run after the airport pickup. Where she lives, there isn’t a Jack N the Box. So, when she comes to town, she has to have some JB. We went through the drive thru, and I hate drive thru. Last night I think the most we waited maybe 30 minutes. Our food was fresh, hot, and good. We visited the JB on Galloway in Mesquite, Texas. Let me shout out about the young man at the window. He was so sweet and attentive. Beautiful smile, kind and friendly. Everything we asked for he provided. I will be visiting again, when she comes to town. Good eating ya’ll!
