This location has always provided fresh food and great customer service. But today, February 15, 2026 was exceptionally a great experience at this location. I accidentally left my wallet an by the grace of God when I returned to the store the cashier had my wallet, prior to me leaving the wallet the food that I purchased definitely met my expectations and the customer service that was provided to me by Fanta was extremely welcoming and a true display of great customer service. The entire from line interacted with me as I had multiple orders. I definitely give this location a 10/10 on multiple occasions

Usually this location provides quality food, but tonight, the chicken was burned and very dry. Did they fry the chicken in old oil? Plus, the customer service was not stellar. The owner should provide the employees management and customer service training. Or, his business will not prosper!! Greatly disappointed!

Been going to this location for years and it’s a mixed bag but overall sad. The food’s good when it’s made correctly, great flavor and texture. Never dealt with an angry jerk employee here either.
The downsides are that the quality can be inconsistent and they frequently get orders wrong. I’ve gotten tenders that taste amazing and other times literally have the texture of pencil erasers. The past few times I’ve gone they’ve given me the wrong chicken every single time. Don’t bother ordering spicy here because they’re going to give you regular, and if you’re in the drive through there’s no easy way to tell other than having to bite into it to make sure it’s correct. That’s ridiculous, I shouldn’t have to shove food into my mouth while driving just to make sure they didn’t mess up my order. It doesn’t seem to matter if you order online or at the speaker, they will give you the wrong one and by the time you sit down to eat it you realize you got screwed. I’m just going to start going to a different location despite this one being so much closer.
Advice to management: I understand fast food employees probably quit like once a month but I am begging you to change the training program or something. I’ve worked in restaurants before, it’s possible to make mistakes but there is no excuse for giving the wrong food every. single. time. Something’s wrong with your service and at this point I cannot just blame the poor kids working the drive through window, it goes beyond them. Get it together or else y’all deserve to lose business

Bought $26 of food on the app and it was ready fairly quickly. The chicken was fairly good. The fries and macaroni and cheese was cold. In fact, I think the mac and cheese was not freshly cooked. The cheese was all lumped together and very unappetizing. The worst part was we wanted to eat there and I asked for three glasses for water, but the employees were rude about it and refused to give us a cup. I just bought $26 of food and you can’t give me a small cup for water? Clearly they don’t want anyones business here.

The new chicken sandwich is unexpectedly good (I had the spicy one). I didn’t believe the reviews claiming that it’s better than the Chick-fil-A sandwich, but they’re accurate (and I’m a die-hard Chick-fil-A fan). The only other fast food chicken sandwich I’ve had that is this good is possibly Raising Cane’s.

This was one of the best Popeyes chicken meals I’ve ever had and I’ve been eating it for several decades. The chicken was extremely fresh and very hot, must have just come out of the grease. The biscuit was perfect and the regular side of red beans and rice, all those somewhat small, was very tasty. The pieces seem to be a little bit bigger than they normally are for chicken size pieces that Popeyes but that’s another positive.

Be aware that this locations crew does not understand how the redeemed points work on their own company app. I suggest trying a different Popeyes if you plan on redeeming items. Today I tried to redeem an apple pie. I applied the offer to the QR code on the app and as it says on the app “scan QR code to redeem BEFORE payment”. This is exactly what I did but for some reason the MANAGER of this specific Popeyes told me(in a unnecessary rude tone) that I would not be able to receive my redeemed item because I did not wait to scan the code until AFTER payment. What I was told by the manger is the complete opposite of what’s in the app. I even showed them how it’s worded on the app but this did nothing as they did not even look at my phone when I tried to show them why there was confusion.

My post today is regarding the cost and serving of their large sides. On this visit I ordered the 11 piece family pack for$ 27 dollars. Our sides were 2/3 full and the cost $4.99 each extra. This is what they looked like. Less food at a higher price.
