I stopped by this McDonald’s during my route, and the experience was solid for a quick meal. The service was fast, the staff worked efficiently, and the order was prepared correctly without mistakes. The fries were fresh and hot, the burger was assembled cleanly, and everything tasted consistent with what you expect from McDonald’s.
The dining area was clean, tables wiped down, and the atmosphere felt organized even during a busy moment. The restroom was also in good condition, which is not always the case at fast-food places, so that stood out in a positive way. Parking was easy, and drive-thru lines moved faster than I expected.
Overall, this location delivered exactly what a traveler needs — quick food, no issues, and clean space to take a short break. I would stop here again if I’m passing through the area.

I visited McDonald’s just after 5 am to grab breakfast and work on my laptop. The cashier’s friendly smile and great service stood out, and my meal was simple and satisfying. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the staff seemed unhappy. I get that working late nights or early mornings can be tough. Perhaps management could focus on boosting employee morale or offering incentives for those early morning shifts? Almost more calming music or no music at all at that time of the day

Horrible experience, while waiting for our $51 order for our family all we heard were yelling and screaming from the drive thru window! No hello how are you tonight, no acknowledgment that the meal order is done. Just pass out the food and of course get the order wrong, missing a fry. When I called back all I got was you will have to come back for a refund or your French fry now why would I want to come all the back. Then she promptly hung up on me! Terrible service, terrible experience and horrible management.

Just came by and got food, was exhausted from wife giving birth the last two days and I could tell the manager was a little stressed (understandable) but he didn’t let it affect his customer service and I can tell he takes running his shifts seriously. Past guest service department manager here and if I worked at McDonald’s still, I would appreciate his work ethic and attitude as peer. Thank you!

Get all the way home only to find that, of course, they screwed up our order. Called and told they can only help us if we drive all the way back in to town after THEIR error and then hung up on us. Horrible customer service!!!

There was no quality control in the food I recieved, it was poorly prepared and looked like the condiments were just thrown on the burger. The sauce was barely present as you can see by the photos. When the night manager was approached and seen my complaint, he just refunded the sandwich, said sorry as he walked away to get my refund. I had to get his attention to even look me in the eye. No concern on his face at all. Unsatisfactory, I used to enjoy McDonald’s, and now I don’t think I’ll be returning unless changes are made by both management as well as crew. The only true and believable apology I received was from the young man who took my order. Kudos to him.
