One of the best experiences at Zaxby’s. They were busy and kept everything going. My food came out fast and everything was hot and fresh. The cashier, Tianna, was friendly and made sure the dining room was in order and kept coming out to clean. Wish this location was closer to home! Thank you!

Workers were playing around and just stared at us when we walked in to order. Reluctantly took our order. They had no KETCHUP, the same as last week. They are often out of salt and pepper.
My husband’s chicken was lukewarm and tough. Our French fries were also tough and barely warm.
This restaurant is usually good but when there is no manager present, it is terrible. There were 6 or 7 cars in drive through when we got there but employees were not in any hurry to serve fresh food. They definitely need someone competent in charge.

We had salad, kids meals, grilled chicken sandwich and plenty of fries, funnel cake, and cookies.
Drive thru, mobile orders, app. Easy in and out. Eating area- tables were clean. High chairs – family friendly. Restroom were maintained- hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper.

We don’t have any Zaxby’s near us in the northeast, so we had to try it once on the way back from Florida. This was a great decision as it is now my favorite fast food place due to their decadent garlic bread and excellent chicken sandwiches! I loved everything about this place, ranging from their sweet tea to their fries.

Food was ok, nit greasy. Frenchfries were very good. I was impressed by the indoor decor, it’s like a Steakhouse Restaurant. Downfall was the Beverage machine that was touch screen was filthy, I didn’t even want to touch it. Windows where we sat had finger prints. 2 of us and 3 of another party were the only ones there.

Went there this evening and got 2 boneless wings and things coke and tea and a four piece chicken finger plate and a kids tender both teas. One of the wings and things didn’t have anything tenders in it , my wings and things had RAW boneless wings. I’m not one to right reviews, but that raw chicken things is a no for me being it can make you sick as all get out.. I will never go there again bc this isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location but first in awhile. Then my bill was $46 maybe a tad more. And I love to far out to turn around.

I ordered two of the Zaxby’s Zensation salads one with honey mustard sauce and the other with the citrus vinigarette. One of the salads I received looked tossed over, smaller portioned and seemed to skimp on ingredients. The other salad tray was well put together and looked more full. I am a disappointed to how the salad came out as it looks really appetizing on the commercials. I could not find my receipt to do a review through the online review portal but hopefully this provides feedback for this location.
