I had such a great experience at this Wendy’s location and wanted to recognize the amazing service I received. I was having trouble ordering through the automated intercom, but the staff member who helped me was incredibly patient and kind while assisting me with my order.

I ordered a chicken tender wrap, but after I had already paid I was informed that they were unfortunately out of them. Even though it wasn’t their fault, the team handled the situation so professionally and kindly. While I was waiting for my food, another employee who was actually leaving for the day came up to my car and told me I could come back tomorrow and get the wrap, and she would make sure I wasn’t charged extra.

That level of thoughtfulness and customer care really stood out to me. It’s not every day you see employees go out of their way like that, especially when they’re already off the clock.

Top-notch service all around. Keep up the great work!

Quality Of Food Was Horrible, Burger Was Pouring Grease Out Of Wrapper, Bag Was Full Of Grease Stains, And Frys Were bad Tasting. I Addressed It With Drive Thru Employee, Who Didnt Appreciate Me Causing Extra Work,But Exchanged My Food For A New Order That Was 1 Notch Better.This Wendy’s Needs Better Quality Assurance! Better Customer Service, And Better Quality Food!

My daughter likes their burgers with just ketchup, no cheese or anything else. The amount of times they get my order right for her, out of ten, is probably twice. I have tried the mobile order through the app, going inside and ordering through the drive through. They have also forgotten items quite a few times as well, such as an extra order of fries.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s, they mess up my order, so I’ve gotten into the habit of checking my bag before pulling off. Tonight I ordered the JBC Biggie Bag. I checked the bag and everything was there, but when I got all the way home and opened the burger wrapper, it was just a cheeseburger with only ketchup on it. I don’t understand how something so simple gets messed up. To make it worse, this was a mobile order, which makes the mistake even more frustrating. Please do better.

Only reason I give it a 1 star is because of the older gentleman who greeted us! The older woman at the register acted and looked as if she hated her life and her job! All she did was complain about the cars in the drive-thru, as if that’s not what a drive-thru is. When leaving, I thanked her for her service, told her to have a great day, and to have a great Holiday, she didn’t respond or even look in my direction! The older gentleman caught on and apologized for her, said thank you to me, and wished me a happy holidays as well! Customer service positions are not for everyone and could cost establishments their reputation!

AI takes your order and understands perfectly. Next comes paying at the second window with a miserable older woman. She seems to hate her job or something. I repeatedly said thank you to her when she handed my food to us which by the way when we arrived at home was missing items.
She not only lacked manners she openly complained about my vehicle having more than 1 order to her coworkers.

Why work in an environment where you will speak to paying customers all day if you don’t like people? You might as well get a different job. I didn’t even go back to ask for my missing items because with that type of attitude who knows what would happen to your food.

After we placed our order painstakingly long through the AI screen, our 3 items without meals came out to just about $30. I arrived at the window and was not greeted, only given my amount. I paid, and when we got our food I asked for an extra ranch as we had order a chicken ranch club, and it looked dry. The young lady at the window responded with horrendous attitude snapping back like I had just asked for the impossible stating that there was an upcharge for sauce.

The new robot that takes your order doesn’t even confirm it back, you’d trust that it took your order right. Then when you get your food you don’t get detailed receipt. When you go back, the manager act like she’s on heavy narcotics, very agitated, and slamming the screen of the computer while supposedly correcting your order. You get no receipt and charged for who knows what again, just to get the rest of the order that the robot took before (apparently incorrectly). On top of all that, the burger meat tasted awful, like it was sitting in a shelf without proper temperature for hours, also seemed slightly undercooked.

The fries were flavorless, I’ve never needed to add salt at Wendy’s fries, but these really needed it. Not that I had gotten any condiments, I was even missing the BBQ that they specifically asked me to select on that second visit to the window. Not even a straw for my drink. Seriously, I understand fast food isn’t anyone’s dream job, but would it kill people to serve others with respect, diligence, empathy? Who chose management in these places? are there drug tests? do anyone audit food/service quality? Anyways, I hope this gets to corporate ears and they start assessing their restaurants. Why invest on technology to take orders if one way or another things are AWFUL, worse than before… half human/ half technology fault. Lookalike the aspect of this Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and tell me if thislooks fresh or appealing??? This is not what I’m used to seeing from my hometown Wendy’s in Elkam boulevard, Deltona, this happened at the Sanford restaurant, they need some serious intervention.
