This has to be the most dysfunctional, backwards managed McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Came in to grab a sausage egg biscuit combo that I ordered via the McDonalds app. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my mobile app order. I listen to an argument between an order lady and young guy about him wanting to take a break during the “busy” time. This argument was in both English and Spanish so I only caught half of the conversation. It was a hot mess so early in the morning. One of the employees gave me an orange juice for my wait time being so long.

This McDonald’s is much like many today. They have a lot of Door Dash service so it can be crazy with barely anyone in the place. This store was super clean, the people were friendly and accommodating. It’s close to home so we often get food here.

These people have no regards for people’s beliefs or religion I got a big breakfast told them no sausage so they decided to put bacon on it instead when I said please change it and don’t give me the same one they made me wait 5 mins and then came back with the same pancakes with the bacon picked off and pretended that it was a different meal thankfully I spotted the piece of meat. I am so disgusted I was so excited now I feel like I want to vomit because they clearly don’t care what their customers want and will just give you whatever they in their minds think is best.

Had a great experience here. Everybody was friendly, the food was hot and served quickly. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the person who was bringing food for table service took the time to ask if we needed anything and if our orders were okay. Around 1230 on a Wednesday.

Got a lemonade in drive thru – the bag cleary needed changed cause it was all water. I mentioned this to him and told me to pull up and they’d bring another out – instantly came out with another water. It takes a minute or so to change the bag I walked in trying to explain where the employee told me they had already changed it. Then came the truth yeah we don’t have time youd have to wait 5 – 10 minutes cause we are busy right now if you want it right. I just left

Definitely has working A/C so if you get cold fast like I do, bring a light sweater.
I had breakfast here and was good, the person who brought it did good too. Water nice and cold! Need that on a hot day !

Serving under tough COVID conditions & doing it well. Got my quarter pounder meal quickly. The staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. My whole experience was a good one. Thanks McD staff. Note, not all services are available because of the COVID.
