Yo, swung by McDonald’s today with my wife after knocking out some chores, and we had to try the new Big Arch sandwich everyone’s talking about. Two big quarter-pound patties, melty white cheddar, that new tangy Big Arch sauce, crispy + slivered onions, pickles, lettuce—all on a poppy-sesame bun. We customized ours with extra tomatoes and bacon, and honestly? It hit different. Hot, juicy, way more flavor than a standard Quarter Pounder. Pretty good overall, especially with those add-ons. @McDonalds @McDonaldsCorp
Service was whatever—fine, but I had to ask for ketchup like three times, and nobody bothered asking if we were eating in (so no tray, just vibes). Walked around looking for a spot, finally found a clean two-seater after dodging a few crumb disasters.
Loved the modern booth chairs at first glance—super sleek—but up close? Crumbs and food bits jammed in every crevice. Not cute. Felt like those chairs hadn’t seen a proper wipe-down in days. Fries were a bit dry (probably sat out too long), still edible though.
Price tag felt steep for fast food these days, but hey, limited-time flex. The sandwich carried it. Hopefully this spot steps up the cleaning game on the furniture—saw some employees mopping, but the chairs tell a different story.
Would hit it again for the burger itself, but maybe takeout next time or pick a fresher-clean spot. 7/10 – big arch energy, mid seating energy.

This location is my favorite. The workers always have a great attitude. The trick for this store – for drive thru, use the mobile app or have the menu memorized ahead of time since both menu screens are busted. 2nd, Always use lane 1 for drive thru, 50/50 chance something goes wrong in lane 2. Last, if you’re going inside, order via kiosk.

Samantha and Annia are two kind, professional women who provide truly exceptional customer service. I’ve worked in customer service myself, and based on their consistency and care, I’d promote them both to assistant manager in a heartbeat.
They always greet us with a smile, are incredibly polite and helpful, even when something goes wrong (on either end), and they remember us, which makes every visit feel personal and appreciated. That kind of connection is rare in fast food.
On top of that, the food at this location is always better than others: the chicken is consistently crispy, the food is hot and perfectly seasoned, and the sandwiches are made with just the right amount of ingredients and sauce. It’s clear this team takes real pride in their work.

Let me tell you please avoid this place, I understand where sometimes it late and people have a bad day, but after waiting 10 minutes to replace an order at the second window, and then realizing the guy is going home and he’s walking to his kittle moped, he asks if your drunk instead of taking your order. I think that guy was extremely rude, didn’t take orders properly and left his coworker to figure out a solution. Poor lady just got here and solved it in 5 seconds that guys stayed on the side walk belittling us while getting in his moped to go home. Absolutely rude he should be fired

I live a few blocks away from here and have tried my very best with them. They suffer consistently from: undercooked or soggy fries, orders not made properly, handing you other customers orders then asking you for your receipt which cashier may or may not have given you, long wait times, broken 2 lane drive thru and menu screens (so you watch 5 cars in the other lane bypass you before you realize what is happening), they barely speak English, etc. For such a prominent location I can’t believe it’s run this way. Avoid this McDonalds if you can.
Updated 10/29/2025: Unfortunately, I found myself at this location again. Asked at the pickup window for light Mac sauce (receipt incorrectly said no sauce), what do they do? They put a heavy dose of Mac sauce. Pretty nasty burger, not gonna eat this.
I’ll say it again: Avoid this McDonalds if you can.

Food was disgusting and employees had very bad attitude. They had forgotten my nuggets and I came back and said that they couldn’t give me the nuggets because they can’t prove they did or did not put it in the bag. Just terrible service, management should probably tell their employees that the customer is always right.

Drive through the menu display is broken they take forever at the 2nd window last night got fries through my app and they were old and nasty I freaking deserve my points back this McDonald’s is not like it used to be do yourself a favor drive west on bird road and go to the one across tropical park they are better at least they smile at you

I went there to The drive-through today. When I pulled up to the drive-through screen, it was broken so I couldn’t see anything so I decided to order the big Mac value meal when I got to the first one the I paid. I told the girl thank you she did not respond as the second one got my food then I pulled off my fries were cold. They maybe put like five hot fries on the top, but the rest of them were very cold. My burger was horrible. The big Mac, the bottom of the third layer of the big Mac bread was really really hard so I had to take it off and just eat it with the two the one from the other side and the one in the middle This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had with McDonald’s
