First time going to chilis had to wait about 5 minutes for a booth which isn’t bad at all. Food was good, we will be going back! Service was great, very nice staff.

Restaurant is dirty. The staff were not well dressed. Our server’s hair was all over the place. It was not neatly combed and in place. The bartender brung my margarita to my table and slammed it. I said thank you and she walked off. She did not say a word. I was afraid to drink it. I took two sips and decided she may have done something to it. It was on 2/24/26, between 8:30 and 9pm. I looked around and l seen one neatly groomed Hispanic young man. Young people today do not care. Management should require them to be neatly groomed and professional. I went to the one in West Hartford before and service was the opposite. Spite the poor service l remained friendly and politely left. I will never recommend it. However, l will return to get video footage. I will reach out to management about the bar tender.

First off, ALINA (server at bar) was an amazing server last night (12/7). She did her job with ease, my best friend and I had no complaints at all, whatsoever.
There were people there last night who said she didn’t do a good job, they’re weird, because she was perfect the entire time. Weirdos just felt entitled as if the world revolves around them. Anyways, she served them great as well as everyone else she had to watch for.

We ordered take out. Patty off our order was missing and we never got a text or notification it was ready. We were sitting in the parking lot waiting for notice! We finally went in. I ordered the Santafe salad. Barely anything in it. The chicken was rubbery and no toppings. Ended up getting sick. Probably the chicken? Will not be back, that’s for sure!

Carolina did a great job today serving lunch! She was fast, very attentive and made my experience great. She was so nice that I even told her I felt like I was being not nice and needed to get on her level! Later on in the meal she surprised me with a coke refill right before I was going to ask for one which was great.

Great food for a good price. Chili’s is one of the few chains that knows what they’re doing. I got an awesome burger (which was huge) with two sides and a drink for $11….where else can you get that these days?

Great customer service! Hats off to Chili’s! Everyone knows that after you have a baby, date nights are few and far in between. It was our 4 month old son’s first time ever spending the weekend with grandparents, so we decided to start our weekend off with a dinner date. We settled on Chili’s. Our waitress was very attentive and our food came out promptly. My wife ordered a burger well done, but came to the table overly pink in the middle. Our waitress showed deep concern because it was the third burger that came out undercooked. Not only did our waitress rectify the situation, but the manager also came to our table to apologize and asked if there was anything on the menu that we would be interested in. I loved how there was an immediate call to action to make sure our night wasn’t ruined. Thank you for an amazing date night, we could’ve chose a better place for dinner!

Visit started off shaky with a bit of a wait to be seated and also a chemical like cleaner smell when walking in, whereas walking into a restaurant it should smell like great food instead. Once seated service was very friendly. 3 for me deal is great. Drinks came out super fast! Soup appetizer came out very fast! Creamy chicken soup was great with just a hint of spice. Clam chowder tasted good. Entrées followed at a good pace after. Old time cheeseburger was cooked properly and tasted good. Crispy Chicken Sandwich had a great crunch and juicy chicken. Both were served with fries which were ok. Overall a nice dinner visit to Chili’s in Southington.

One of the best chilis to go to in our experience dining out . We came around 430 pm right before dinner rush.We we’re seated right away and greeted by our awesome server Kayla ….drinks came after we decided. our app came shortly ….the rest came very timely as our server was very attentive …the food came out as described and well made fresh delicious…was astonished by the quickness..the drinks were filled when they were empty server did not skip a beat …..very professional .good enough to even say we had better service here than when we last went to Hopkins inn at warren ct. You’ve upped your game chilis southington ….in my years as a chef and working several high end restaurants,….. I’ve never seen such great teamwork and execution !!! Thank you for a wonderful meal today !!!!
