I am writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent order experience at your restaurant this evening.

I placed my order through the McDonald’s app so that my grandson and I could quickly pick up our food through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but quick or smooth.

After providing my order number at the speaker, we were instructed to pull to the second window. When the young lady proceeded to hand me my large sweet tea (light ice), the cup was almost completely filled with ice. I had to ask for it to be corrected. After the ice was removed and the drink was refilled, we were asked to park along side two other cars waiting on food. As I waited I was going to drink my large sweet tea. Unfortunately, the tea appeared to be unsweet instead of sweet, making it undrinkable. I then had to go inside the restaurant to request a different drink, which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.

Once home, I discovered that my Big Mac was assembled incorrectly. Both meat patties were placed under the middle bun, leaving no patty under the top bun. Additionally, the fries were only about half full.

Between the long wait, incorrect drink (twice), improperly assembled sandwich, and underfilled fries, this was an extremely poor experience all around. I expect better quality control and service, especially when using the mobile ordering system.

I frequent this location because it’s convenient and the food is usually okay, but after tonight I will not. Pictures posted below.

This is my experience. The food is very good as seem in the picture. Service was excellent, atmosphere because of the staff made it excellent. I am baffled by why the low score, then I read on, still baffled because you want to blame this establishment for missing food when you use a delivery service, there are plenty of cases where drivers eat food or get revenge because the person ordering is a bad tipper, who knows. The point is that your grievance is with the service not the food establishment, once it leaves the establishment responsibility is transferred to the delivery service. I would start logging pictures for proof. My experience was wonderful!

The lady taking my order was cool. I don’t understand why this mcdonald’s insists on not packing everything you ordered. There wasn’t even a long line of people. I ordered 3 meal deals and a apple pie. Get home and no apple pie I paid for. Not getting something you paid for is frustrating. It’s too expensive and the food to mid for people not to give you everything you ordered

I came through drive thru with two kids screaming and crying in my backseat. I was on the verge of tears not being able to get them to calm down that day. When I got to the window. Renee told me everything will be ok that bad moments are just that bad moments and I will get through it. That I am an amazing mother and to keep pushing. Those words bought me so much comfort. My energy was instantly changed. It’s like my kids felt my energy and their meltdowns stopped. I was able to get fresh food in them and we all continued the car ride with laughs. Thank you Renee.

Drove all the way home to find my meal was missing the protein/nuggets. No one picked up the phone when I tried to call for help, and the voicemail box is full. Food costs so much now, so eating out is a treat. I feel robbed of my money and time. Be careful where you spend your dollars, you may be throwing them to the wind at this location.

I’ll give this location one thing.And that is convenience…..
They have struggled year after year in finding good quality help.I think they actually have some of the best help they’ve ever had.Although in my opinion, they fall short of being a cohesive team.It’s like one person sort of knows what’s going on.And all the subordinates do one isolated task at a time rather than understanding the concept….

This is consistently the slowest McDonalds I have ever been too. I waited 30minutes for a specialty coffee once and am sitting here waiting on a meal with my husband and it has been over 30 minutes. If looking for “fast food” this isn’t it.

Wish I could give zero starts I ask for a egg and cheese McGriddles , now I’m about to get my hair done and eat and took a bite smh these people just took the patty of the rest of the meal and give it to me. I’m here throwing up because I’m pregnant and meat makes me sick now I can’t eat nth and I’m hungry I’m so upset what if I didn’t want the meat because I was allergic I would be dead right now . I’ve never had a problem eat here at nights it’s all the day shift doing things like this why ? Management needs to check that out

Will never go again I was scared the lady who worked there was going to attack me! I was waiting for the food, she handed it to me, I walked out. I’m almost to my car and I hear this aggressive tone deep woman’s voice yelling “maam” I turned around and walked back towards her and she was saying why did I take an order that’s not mine do I have a uber and something’s else but she was talking fast and very hostile. I told her I didn’t know that it was my Coworkers food as I had showed the other lady my screen shot, and they handed me the food I was just leaving with what they gave me! She grabbed the food bag, I didn’t let go at first because it’s like why are you touching me or the bag and being so hostile, she was jerking and shaking it I thought she was going to hit me so I let go!
Don’t go here! They don’t know what they’re doing, and are taking it out on the customers, I’m considering calling the police if corporate doesn’t respond to the report I made because as someone who has 10 years manager experience , it is unacceptable to yell, chase, be verbally and physically aggressive towards a customer, especially when your at fault for giving the customer the wrong order.
