How do you forget the sausage in a big breakfast with hotcakes?? Terrible service! I wanted to sub my biscuit for a McGriddle. Still got the biscuit. The manager gave me the McGriddle cool. But how do you forget the sausage? That the entire point of the big breakfast with hotcakes. Honestly the entire store need to be shut down. Can’t get a simple order right day or night! Smh

We’ve all but sworn off McDonald’s over the years. Because, the quality has gotten so bad. But, decided to go to this one today, because, I wanted to get an adult Happy Meal. Even though they didn’t have any left, we went ahead and ordered, anyway. And, I have to say, apart from the fact that they’ve made the burgers so much smaller over the years, the food was delicious, hot, and fresh, this time. We were pleasantly surprised. Only complaint, is the fountain drinks tasted funny. We will definitely be back to this location.

After placing our order on the standing kiosk, it didn’t print a receipt out, but gave a ticket number on screen. I immediately went and told the clerk of what happened. And to make sure our order was placed. She replied ok and went on. McDonald’s was very busy. We waited over ten minutes. People coming in placing orders after us was hetting there’s. After about 15 minutes, I stopped the clerk and questioned her about our order. She checked on her registry and saw it was in pending. I reminded her she was going to check on it earlier but didn’t check. Now we had to wait another 5 minutes.
The food was good ad usually. But we missed most of church waiting.

The cashiers were not friendly. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. The “crew manager” informed me very sarcastically that it had already been picked up. I pointed out that on the monitor it showed my order was now being served. She quickly hit some button on the computer register and cleared the screen. Everytime I go in there they are slow unfriendly and just plain rude.

The workers act they are the owners of the store. You pay too much money to get home and your order isn’t right or cold. They don’t greet you even if the food isn’t ready. They bring the drinks and tell you to drive up to wait on your food. If the food is ready, they give you your food and walk away. (Some will turn their backs to the window while you check your bag.)

This place deserves 0 stars. But too bad that’s not an option. I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday night (at the Zachary location to be exact); it was just before 6:00. I pulled into the line to the far right side and waited. There was a car sitting at the menu board and one other car ahead of me. The right lane was noticeably moving extremely slow for reasons unknown. Once I made it to the menu board, I just sat there, while multiple cars pulled into the left lane and had their orders taken. After waiting and not moving for several minutes, I blew my horn. Someone finally responded to take my order. Needless to say, I was frustrated. So, my first thought was to inform the order taker about how long I had waited and her response to me was that I could leave if I was tired of waiting. So, I make it to the window and ask for the manager and was greeted by a young white female (the manager). Anyway, I explained my frustration to her, while repeating to her, what the order taker had said to me, pointing out her rudeness. To my surprise and dismay, she was eager to inform me that it was her who made the rude comment because she didn’t like my “attitude.” Well, if that’s what managers and customer service amounts to nowadays, then what was once known as fast, accurate and friendly customer service no longer holds true. That said, McDonald’s has lost a customer.

Not only do we have to count items in our order, now we have to open the packages to see that what we ordered is what they actually provided. For instance, these idiots took my money for a double quarter pounder meal and took the time to put a regular quarter pounder into a doubly quarter box. Thats purposely defrauding people.
