We went through the drive thru about 9:30pm and the man working did not speak except for asking what our order code was. We weren’t told to pull to the window or even confirm the order. Stopped in at 10pm for a quick sweet treat. Upon entering the building there were 2 employees sitting on the ground just outside the door vaping. We went in and while ordering on the kiosk someone cooking in the kitchen let out a huge loud burp. We grabbed our food and walked out the door to walk into the 2 employees outside now standing next to the door and vaping still. Gross and disgusting is an understatement.

I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe meal and my sandwich was burnt and my fries were undercooked. I went to the counter to ask for my sandwich to be remade. I waited about 5 minutes before a manager finally came over and said she would be right back to help me. When she came back I asked her if I could please have my sandwich remade as it was burnt and difficult to eat. Her response was rude and disgusted and stated “that’s how all of those sandwiches are made but whatever!” She then just walked away and shouted to the grill to make another sandwich she then went over to the drive thru to work on orders there. My sandwich was made and then sat on the bin for another 5 minutes before she finally asked another worker to bring me my sandwich. By the time I got my sandwich my undercooked fries were ice cold. Not to mention there wasn’t a single clean table in the entire place and I had to wet napkins just to be able to clean a table to sit at. The floors were sticky throughout the whole place. When I sent an email to the corporate office about my experience they sent me 2 gift cards, one for a medium fry and the other for a sandwich I don’t even eat. McDonald’s is a complete joke. The only decent one I have ever been to is not privately owned and is the only one I will ever return to. The Napoli Group owned McDonald’s have no caring for customer satisfaction.

Alot of fast food places especially during lunch hours are unorganized, and none of the staff seem to care or want to be there. And your don’t get your order how you asked for it..
But a Completely different experience at this location. They are fast. Efficient, correct and super friendly… very impressed with service.. whoever running this location is doing a wonderful job.
