The food was good. Lots of flavor and sticky barbecue sauce on the ribs. Yum. The service was good but a little slow. The server could have been a little more attentive to our needs as far as providing extra napkins and clearing the table of items that are not being used.
I thought it was extremely thoughtful for the server to provide an ice cream and cake treat for our two birthday girls. All in all, everyone enjoyed their meals.

Took a minute to get seated as the restaurant was dead and the waitress/hostess was in back somewhere. Manager came out got us and another party seated expeditiously. Waitress was then friendly and welcoming. Great flavor on all food, plenty of everything, sweet tea lacks on the sweet . Overall very pleased with this location and the quality of everything.

Visited on 3.7.23: Found a late night spot till 1 am. I tried the chili, which was decent. It made me think almost a roast beef than chili and does have beans, which is fine with me. I then sampled the reg nachos with chicken. Again, it was decent, but a lot of food and chicken was meh. For dinner, I had the 2 rib plate. They are lukewarm and not very tender fall off the bone ribs, very disappointed. The 2 sides I got were mashed potatoes and baked beans. Mashed potatoes were meh, and the baked beans were super sweet. Garlic bread was good and perfect toast Over all disappointed esp being a BBQ lover from Texas. So I’ll chalk some to being late but not an excuse. Waitress Amanda was great and stayed on top of my drinks and very friendly.

Service was excellent and the food was beyond . Definitely one of the better chains . The wellington location gave us that out door rugged feel. Everyone enjoyed thier meal and the three patty burger is way way more than a normal person should try and eat in one sitting.

Very disappointed with their food. Real disappointed. First picture shows the container i received for my order of corn fritters. Second is what they called Street Corn. Third is actual Street Corn. See the difference in colors. And NO cheese. I took it back in, they said the cheese is melted. As you can see in 3rd picture, you can see melted cheese, and the container, really, half full. Use a correct size container or fill it. Forth picture. Supposed to be 8 jumbo Wings. I guess they shrunk on the grill. While the flavor was very very good, they were over cooked, mostly being burnt, dry. The 5th and final picture, even more upsetting, The Fried Pickels. Absolutely NO flavor. These as you can see, were undercooked. They were doughy, not crispy as Fried Pickles should be. For a BBQ place Smokey Bones, you really suck. I will never recommend you again. This was my third time trying since they opened. Never did review for the other two. I always try a place twice, to give them chance. But this one failed big time. Sorry, truth hurts. Find a new grill person, who knows how to flavor and cook your food. Next, get new containers, giving a half empty container makes you look really cheap. Put it in a smaller size or fill it up as onetime courtesy. It just might help your business. Good luck.

Came for my so’s birthday and we loved it. The loaded nachos were amazing. We also ordered a bonfire for 3 that was delicious! The waitress Erin was very sweet and attentive. We finished our experience with a delicious cheesecake and chocolate cake.

What a platter of food! It comes on a cute tabletop grill and is kept warm by charcoal. Something for everyone. We ordered for 3 people. Ribs (should’ve been 6, not 5 ribs), wings, chicken, sausage, steak, potato wedges, onions, peppers. Really good. We also got a side of which were okay, a side of baked potatoe topped with brisket + side salad and ice cream topped . Yum!

I came here with some family and friends after the premiere of the Black Panther movie.
The atmosphere is great. The drinks were awesome, especially the ones with the boba bubbles in them. Although I am vegan now, I have been coming here long before to attest how delicious the food is.
My family and friends had no complaints about the food. I had a fresh salad and some cocktails.
All and all, I recommend this particular Smokey Bones. Our waitress was excellent as well. 4 stars!

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. We decided to have dinner here after being out of the area for a couple of years, and we were very disappointed. The fried pickles were overcooked, rubbery, and greasy. I ordered my burger medium, but it was at best medium rare, closer to rare. The only bright spot was our server Tristan, who was very conscientious.

Picked up a to go order. Food was ready 15 mins after scheduled but it was worth the wait! Barbeque chicken was cooked to perfection and was juicy. Not over sauced. The sides were also good. Had roasted corn, steamed broccoli and baked beans. The pretzel sticks were lovely and the onion rings survived the car ride home. They were still crisp and when you bit into them, they didn’t fall out of the batter. We were impressed and the family is already looking forward to ordering again soon.
