I was craving some good seafood boil and decided to try this place… had pretty good reviews, but not what I’m used to. Bland seasoning and not worth the price with so so portion size, not as tasty and fresh which I’m used to and a bit on the sweet side than spicy.

Food is good. Service was Ok. The server was nice but overwhelmed by the room. Thursday night is karaoke night, but they played song bingo. Would have preferred karaoke. Music was good until song bingo was over. Drinks was GREAT!!! Prices were GREAT!!!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars and if the rating was just on the food, I absolutely would have. HOWEVER, the woman that waited on us might be in the wrong industry. And I noticed the other wait staff wasn’t in any more of a hurry or had anymore care than she did. I will say the food was really good. We ordered calamari that was fried perfectly, seafood pasta that my husband loved and the gumbo that was amazing. I would say, try this place but don’t expect too much when it comes to service.

They are not playing about the Cajun part. Think a second time before choosing hot. Service was great, shout out to Vee for being friendly, fast, well informed, and all around excellent.

Today, my family and I decided to try Crab Du Jour for the first time. We came on a Friday. Not too busy. We probably waited to be seated for about 10 minutes max for a family of 6. I’m that customer who sits back and observes. Whenever the door appears to be crowded, Ms. Keisha popped up to assist. If it looked like any confusion was going on, Ms. Keisha was there to help. She made it her business to walk around the restaurant to make sure everyone was satisfied. My first thought was that she was the owner, but when it was time for us to leave, I had to ask, and it shocked me when she said she’s an assistant manager. When I tell you she was on top of everything as if it were her own business! The owner should be very proud of her because she’s not one of those lazy managers, she gets in, puts in work, and helps her team, not just assigns duties. Now, let’s talk about our server, Denzel. I have nothing to complain about. Denzel was nothing but amazing. He was aware of everything on the menu. I wanted an alcoholic beverage but didn’t know exactly what I wanted. He provided good recommendations. The crab boils were really good, and surprisingly, their chicken strips were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I’ll be a returning customer.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I tried calling in to place an order, and the staff repeatedly hung up the phone without any explanation. When I finally spoke to someone, the interaction was rushed and unprofessional.
What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of listening to customer concerns, they were dismissive and spoke rudely. There was no effort to resolve the issue or provide basic customer service. As someone who works hard for my money, I expect to be treated with respect.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend eating here or spending your hard-earned money at this establishment. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place does not seem to value its customers.

Didn’t get the order requested. Spoke with customer service she tried to fix it. The order was stapled on the bag reflected the 2 items order. Cost $29.00. The tall black guy removed the potato and corn out of the bag. Very unreasonable in trying to explain….the order was build your own meal. Nice place to dine in. First time visiting. Will check out similar restaurants In the area. The calamari was over fried and crunchy..

I come here often for take out, and have been a few times to eat in. Everytime I visit it’s perfect. The waiters are always very attentive, food seasoned well and hot on arrival. But this particular visit I had the pleasure of having Zyke as my waiter.. and WOW!! He was stellar!! He went above and beyond and I really loved his energy. He took great care of us. I would come back again solely off the service I received tonight. Not to mention, it’s Karaoke Thursday and it’s been a vibe the whole time. Come here if you want to enjoy your dinner and receive amazing service! Thank you again Zyke!
