Most of the time, the food is at least decent. Edible. I can usually look past a mistaken order because it’s late, I work really early in the morning so I’m usually just ready for bed and deal with it. But this time i went to bed hungry. This is a very poor excuse for chili. I understand it was getting late, but this is literally, bottom of the barrel. We couldn’t even eat it it tasted so burnt. The one dude in drive thru clearly didn’t want to be there and expressed it through his voice. The man that brought out my food was much more pleasant. I get not wanting to be at work, but, there’s also a facade you put on when you show up to work. Drive thru guy must have left them in his other work pants. I eat here a lot, and don’t usually have bad things to say. But this was terrible.

I waited almost 30 minutes just for someone to even acknowledge me at the drive-thru. When someone finally spoke through the microphone, all they said was, “I’ll be right back”… That “right back” turned into another 10 minutes of waiting.
In the meantime, my lunch break was over, and I had to go back to work hungry. Completely unacceptable service and time management.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.

I would not recommend stopping at this Wendy’s!
After ordering in the drive through i get to the payment windo and get my phone ready to pay but the girl who is there grabs my phone and takes it inside out of view to use the tap to pay so now the random drive through girl has my unlocked phone with access to everything in my phone kinda sketchy to me. Why is it they dont have something they can put out the windo for you to use tap to pay like all the other fast food restaurants near me? She handed my phone back and it showed the payment went through but yet she now walked to the food windo and says she needs my phone again because it didn’t go through so i said I’ll just come inside and pay that seemed to make her visibly mad so I go inside and use my card now she sends someone else from the back to get my card and bring it to her after already saying I’ve been charged and showing the charge ony phone. The manager was to busy shouting and complaining about having to work the drive through windo while all the other employees just stood around looking completely out of it and there was only one customer inside and a empty drive through. Dont waste you time or money here and also it very sketchy how they handle/act about the payment.

Dont waste your breathe when trying to order “cook to order” at night. The manager had a blonde wig on tonight that put the food through the window…. She made me sit at the window about an extra 5 minutes to give me the illusion that they were “cooking to order” she then put old stale food through the window. Lol I pick up my girlfriend from work every night in the area and the same manager has done this three times to me in the past 2 weeks. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME ONCE AGAIN LADY/MANAGER IN THE BLONDE WIG. IM TIRED OF YOU!!!!! Stop giving me old food every night!!!!! If you do it again that bag of food will be coming back through the window!!!!!!!

was in a rush and told them this but they just focused on drive thru orders. made me wait 10 minutes just to order and then on top of that they weren’t wearing gloves when touching food. very unsanitary and a health hazard. did you guys get your food safety certification? because this is just wrong.

I am always nervous to order at drive thrus late because I feel a little guilty for the workers that take those shifts so I never expect anyone to be too friendly but I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Lakisha tonight who really made my night after a tough day at work. Sometimes I don’t interact with anyone outside of my job for a few days so when someone has a genuine caring energy to them it matters a lot to me. She was very professional, smiled and made eye contact and made some fresh nuggets. She even added extra. If she isn’t a manager I really hope she gets the promotion she deserves. Thank you Lakisha! Hope to see you again soon.

I got a chicken sandwich and it was slightly pink. I took a few bites when I noticed and did not eat it. I’m not the type to go complain. I just threw away. My son love their fries and he ate his and mine.

This is hands down the BEST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Even in the drive-thru I was treated like a valued guest. The manager’s leadership shines through the whole team—everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. Service was fast, energy was positive, and it turned a quick stop into a great experience. I love this Wendy’s, will definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

Ordered food at 11am when it was not busy at all and I ordered 10 pc nuggets w chilly. When I get my order it was missing half my order the 10 pc chiken nuggest , they still gave me side sauce without the nuggets!! But the chilly was there . 20$ gone to waste.
