CiCi’s Pizza is always a great experience! The food is fresh, hot, and there’s a wide variety so everyone finds something they like. The pizza is consistently good, the salad bar is well stocked, and the desserts are a fun bonus. The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean and welcoming. It’s an awesome spot for families, groups, or anyone who wants good food at a great value. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It would’ve been more enjoyable if I didn’t have to wait in a crowd of people for them to replenish the clean plates every time me or my friends wanted to get something from the buffet. It wasn’t even busy, not like a dinner rush or anything, but everyone always had to wait several minutes for a plate to the point that people were going back to their tables to get their dirty plates to reuse at the buffet. Being that I know food safety laws, I know that a clean plate should be used every time as to limit contamination of the food on the buffet. It was gross and disappointing, and not worth the money

Food is always good for a quick bite. However, as a large family, I find it very odd that they charge 11 year olds as “Adults”. Typical places have kids listed as 12 and under. Staff eat out next to you on their breaks. The place needs an entire detox, old musty smells throughout the dining area. Old cups that need replacing. Other pizzerias that cost less than $40. Only go here if you plan on eating a ton of food for the buffet option

A nice place for any type of family, especially ones with small children, to eat. Food is a buffet style restaurant and the pizzas, salads, and desserts are readily available to serve. They also has a decent amount of options of carbonated drinks to get a well.
Do make sure you have a portable bassinet if you have a baby. The bathrooms they have are small, and do not have a changing station.

It has been a few years since I have been to this location. Things have improved, though the food is plentiful, if not high quality. The pizza is relatively devoid of flavor, as were the desserts. Reality does not live up to the pictures of food.
The location was clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and accomodating.

Cici’s Pizza is a pizza buffet chain located in Brandon, FL. The atmosphere is lackluster except for the various games that are here. Would be a good atmosphere for kids. The service is friendly to us and kept everything fresh.
The food isn’t the best quality, but there are a variety of choices here; ranging from pizza, cheese bread, pasta, and salads. The cinnamon rolls were the best thing I ate here, and the stuffed crust pizza comes in second. Everything else on the buffet was just fine. Overall, would recommend Cici’s Pizza if you’re bringing kids.

Update: I was told to contact them (see their comment below, which I did several times and have had no response. So they comment that they will look into it but don’t follow through.
We went in for dinner on 1/6/2025. My husband requested a fresh personal pizza, as he always has before when the pizza seems to have been sitting for a while and has done this at several other CiCi’s with no issues. My husband was told they would not make him one and they weren’t allowed. So as we were sitting there eating two other customers were served their own personal requested pizza. Terrible service and we were definitely discriminated because we were the only Caucasian family there asking. Who can I contact regarding this unfair treatment. No one should be treated this way

First review has disappeared so I am doing another. Went to this location for 2.99 buffet reward. Woman at register (claimed to be owner) very rude and unprofessional. She could not scan my QR code nor enter the reward number. Even accused me of already using the reward even though I showed her my app and the reward clearly showing. I left this location and went to Temple Terrace location and they had absolutely no problem scanning my reward .
