This location is adjacent to a store which makes the whole dining experience surrounded by noise and a busy environment. I opted to stand in line and order and yes, it’s slow service. With respect to the service team, they handle the chaos one customer at a time. I now know that this location was consistently busy, I’ll order online for my next visit.
On to the food, the chicken is brined and always served hot, crispy, and well seasoned. The spaghetti was sweet with a hamburger and sausage sauce. The biscuit fluffy and well buttered. The mash potatoes were okay. The gravy is much appreciated to dip everything into it.

If they passed this out in the pews, attendance would double.
Now the fried chicken? Lawwwd. That chicken was baptized in seasoning and raised in righteousness. The crust cracked like thunder with every bite, revealing meat so juicy it could’ve written its own gospel. The flavor didn’t just sit on the surface — it testified. It sang. It wrapped around my tongue like a Southern choir hitting the final note on Sunday morning. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and dripping with glory.

The Korean BBQ sauce is really salty, I had to take a sip every time I took a bite of the chicken bbq. Spaghetti tastes… barbecue-y?? I expected it to feel more of the tomato flavor… On a good note, the chicken meat is so moist and tender with the meats are fully covered in sauce ❤️.
I love Jollibee but maybe the Western version is not for me haha.

Terrible place. The food is blah. The people here are incompetent. Management virtually inexistent.

Detailed review: we get there, place an order on the electronic counter, ordered one combo, and one chicken deluxe sandwich. Go sit down and wait not 10, not 15, not 45…. But get this: 75 minutes for two chicken sandwiches, a drink and some fries. In the end it was not even the correct food.
Clearly, people waiting got so impatient they started going to the pick-up area to inquire what’s taking so long.
I told this kid named Sayed, you called my number and he goes ” your food is not yet ready” so I am thinking to myself, “why did you call my number then?”… Mind you, the screen is saying the food is ready. So I ask again, “are you sure? The screen says it’s ready. He says, “don’t trust the screen”
Anyway, I ask him “how much longer it will be.” He said around 5 more minutes, but 15 minutes go by and still nothing… People there just like me attested to waiting over an hour for the food. Crazy! in the end this guy who had no name tag in a greyish shirt grabbed my ticket and tried to complete the order, by grabbing a regular sandwich and going back to the kitchen to “add the sauce” to make it into a spicy one
This other girl Bruna and Sayed were making the same order just to realise they wasted their co-workers time, this want not my order, but an order 25 numbers higher in the ordering sequence.
Earlier that kid said their manager wasn’t there, but after I got my food he said his manager, was just back… She should have been there all along steering this group of people, they are awfully managed.
If you are hungry, don’t come here, you might faint waiting for your food to be made. My girlfriend was so desperate she started getting an order submitted for smash burgers Down the road.
Worst lunch experience in decades, do yourself a favour and go somewhere they are able to make actual good Fast food.

My recent experiences at the Seafood City Jollibee have been incredibly frustrating. On November 15th, I was shocked to receive a burger with no patty, and today my order arrived missing my beloved Pineapple Quencher. It is genuinely sad for me to experience these oversights because I am a long-time fan of Jollibee’s food. While this branch’s convenience is what initially drew me in, dealing with two separate instances of incomplete orders is unacceptable. Moving forward, I would rather wait for a delivery from a different location than have to deal with such poor service and missing items again.

Do not use the kiosk to order. We waited over an hour for a chicken sandwhich and 2 piece chicken meal. The kiosk should have a warning while ordering of how long the food will take. I recommend ordering with an employee. Food was great but the wait and how non chalant staff member were regarding everyone’s order was crazy. You have to ask for utensils and ketchup. Chicken sandwhich and chicken was really good. The lychee tea was perfect.

The chicken tenders were room temp and dry. We have been wanting to try Jollibee for a long time and drove 33 minutes to finally try it. Was quite disappointing especially with the higher price. Mango peach and ube pies were perfectly crispy on the outside and the strawberry slush type drink was good. Regular and spicy fried chicken was juicy and good but didn’t seem that special either especially for the price.
