That’s it, I give yp. No more. Just got my order delivered from one of this site’s Delivery Company which it was way earlier than expected, and served very fast. Long story short, will not visit nor order ever again. Stopped ordering/dining a few months ago for the same issue. Thought they’d gotten any better, but nope. Instead, worse than my las time a few months ago ✓ Missing Products, missing drinks, and as always, cold like if it was sitting on the shelves since midday. This Popeyes in New Britain stands out as one of the finest I’ve ever visited! They had a lot of chicken that was served piping hot, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. Unfortunately the New Britain, CT Popeyes is all over the place with consistency of food and service. Sometimes it’s really good and other times you walk saying you’re never going back it is that bad. On Tuesday 12/06/2022 things were great! Service was fast and friendly. The new blackened chicken sandwich was hot, fresh and tasted great. If it was always like today, this Popeyes would be an easy go to location.

I like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and gravy. That would be my do to meal when it comes to going out to s fried chicken joint.
That being said, my favorite thing to get at Popeyes is the spicy chicken sandwich.
This time, I really wanted to get traditional southern fried chicken, so I got the four piece combo. The Large included 2 sides and a fountain drink. I got a huge lemonade.
My food was okay, but a little bit on the bland side. It was a little disappointing for me. I was expecting better.
There is a drive through so you can avoid going inside if you wish.
I found the young lady working the drive thru to be friendly and she seemed to be running the whole show.
Myself, I sometimes prefer to go inside. It is a little more revealing as to the way things really are in regard to the staff and overall condition of the facilities.
The drive thru is set up differently from back in the day when a Taco Bell was at this location. Now, when you turn into the drive, you need to cut to the right immediately if you want to go through the drive thru. It looks better than it was, but I ended up going inside.

Ordered a 16 piece with shorted four pieces of chicken make sure you count your chicken in the drive-through. This is the third time this has happened. It’s a habit at this point, especially for how much they’re charging ridiculous.

I ordered food through Door Dash and it didn’t take long for the driver to get there or to bring my order. My fries were lukewarm. If I work at a fast food chain- I will make sure fries and food are hot. I also ordered sauces for my chicken – the Popeyes sauce as well as the buttermilk ranch. Neither were in the bag. These employees are not focused and they don’t make sure that all items are in bag before stapled together. This Popeyes suck just like the town it is in !!! They need to be terminated

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience during my recent visit. My order was made incorrectly, and when I tried to address the issue, the employee responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner—raising her voice, claiming she couldn’t hear me, and acting as though she was going to jump through the window. This was especially alarming as my pregnant mother was present at the window during the interaction.
Even after taking the wrap back, it was still remade incorrectly. I later spoke with the manager, who stated that I was the one being rude, which I found both inaccurate and dismissive. I was also uncomfortable that the same employee was nowhere to be seen while my order was being remade, leaving me uncertain about who prepared it.
As a regular customer, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expect better treatment and a more respectful approach to customer service.
