This was my favorite Toco bell but they have this young girl working there now she’s black with braids and has gotten my order wrong twice. The first time I had to get out my car and everything because she didn’t understand a number 8 supreme and two extra hard shell tacos on the side,like come on it’s not rocket science she seemed bothered from jump or high one or the other so I’m done sick of paying for something I didn’t order.

I was actually more than highly upset. I asked for no tomato on nothing more than once and when I get home I found multiple tomato chunks in my nachos. Which in the food world allergies need to be consider because that’s how law suits get filed. Next I asked for extra meat no beans and was given beans instead ! I found a hair in my food ! I asked for a chicken quesadilla extra chicken and it looked like a cheese quesadilla. Take the drive to the next one and save yourself the disappointment unless you get something simple like a taco. If you eat here, do it early. The late evening always seem to nit care how the food is prepared. Food is soggy, missing ingredients, but you are charged for those ingredients. I had it last night and I go here several times a week. I had it last night. The doritos locos taco alone did it for me. It was stuck to the paper and broken like it was sitting for hours.. Soggy. Just look at the pic… hence, we threw the food out… and kids upset. BTW… that’s supposed to be a 5 layer burrito.. it was only meat and cheese. ⛔️

Your lucky I’m giving you 1 star I ordered food before 4pm yesterday and the door dasher stole my food and they were ok with taken the food I ordered over 57 dollars and I’m handicapped and took from a child too very not cool im not happy at all with this taco bell…I suggest also using some other services to deliver the food get it together
