Von, Kwame and Mira gave me the best service I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell, hands down. From the moment I walked in, the energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. This wasn’t just “good service” ..this was set-the-standard service.
You can tell this isn’t a one-time thing either. The way Von carried themselves made it clear they consistently show up and take pride in what they do. Please give them a raise, because I know I’m not the first customer to experience this level of care.

Rude night shift employees!! BAD customer service . Don’t recommend using drive thru , big pot hole will mess you car up ! don’t recommend this taco bell at all !!! Asked the lady for taco sauce and got a whole bag of an UNNECESSARY amount of sauce for 2 tacos and some nachos .

I ordered delivery and when I received my food, my burrito was burnt beyond repair on both sides. I was actually looking forward to eating it. I get that it can get busy, but how does this happen? Better off taking the time to make another one so it’s served the right way instead of giving someone something inedible. Waste of money.

I was targeted by a man with a broom and dustpan in the drive thru. He walked directly to my car to clean underneath it, for whatever reason. During that cleaning, he hit my car multiple times with his broom. I then took my food and parked at the literal furthest spot in the Taco Bell parking lot to eat my food. This man followed me across the parking lot, not cleaning a single thing on the way, to circle around my car and keep cleaning underneath of it. Which, again, led to him hitting my car multiple times with his broom and dustpan. I had to drive away, which the man barely allowed me to do as he was blocking my car in the spot.
I called the restaurant to inform them of this issue. They told me that the man worked for them, and that he was “just doing his job.”
I used to frequent this Taco Bell, but I now refuse to give them any more of my business. I should not be gaslit into being told I’m not being followed or that my car is not being hit multiple times. Absolute insanity. If you DO eat here, make sure you park elsewhere.

I was actually more than highly upset. I asked for no tomato on nothing more than once and when I get home I found multiple tomato chunks in my nachos. Which in the food world allergies need to be consider because that’s how law suits get filed. Next I asked for extra meat no beans and was given beans instead ! I found a hair in my food ! I asked for a chicken quesadilla extra chicken and it looked like a cheese quesadilla. Take the drive to the next one and save yourself the disappointment unless you get something simple like a taco. I have to say I’ve been to this Taco Bell several times in the last four years service wasn’t great at all however today September 5th I had the best food, from the ordering to the waiting on the food. Ms T apparently is the new GM let me tell you she was amazing just listening to her directing the staff yet paying attention to the customers up front ordering, she made it a point to say check your order make sure it’s right to her great personality saying have a great day. MS T is definitely what this location needed I will be back for sure GO MS T and THANK YOU !!!!

This is the friendliest Taco Bell in New Jersey. Employees are so nice, quick, and give excellent service. They went beyond the norm to serve us. I’m truly in awe. U guys rock! From now on, that is the Taco Bell I will always visit. U guys rock!!

I was in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes and the line was being held up just for them to turn off the lights and screen before it even hit 2am and everyone’s stuck in line waiting for the people who “got to order” (because there was no where else to go) while everyone was being yelled at saying it was closed and to keep it moving. Very rude and terrible customer service they purposely made people wait in line just so they didn’t have to take anymore orders when usually after ordering and paying they make us wait in the front for food to be brought out.

Uses old oil. I got a Mexican pizza today and the tortilla was fried in rotten oil or really old. Even got it remade but it was smell bad and tasted bitter. Not returning there again
