I love going to Sonic but it makes my day when Reagan is there she has such a wonderful spirit. She is always smiling and giving excellent customer service. I never have an issue with my order especially if I have to modify it to fit my dietary need. My food is always hot and fresh when it comes out I usually visit in the morning so it’s not ever really that busy.

Extremely slow service when using the drive through and the bleach blonde named Samantha is rude with poor customer service. After waiting ridiculously long for 3 kids meals and 1 adult cheeseburger, they served kids meals to the car behind us. When we finally received our food, the order was prepared incorrectly and the staff were so clueless and inattentive that we had to honk our car horn to get their attention to ask for ketchup.

We just left and this was the most horrible experience. It took 10 min just to get someone to take our order. Then they brought the order and no drinks..I had to ask for our drinks and ketchup. The food was blah, tator tots not cooked. Then I go ask for a bag and they are standing around vaping in the restaurant near the food..REALLY, DO BETTER!

This sonic has a drive thru and the kiosks that normal sonics have. Problem however is they don’t know where the order was taken from so they tell you to pull up to the window and therefore get you very confused having you have to press the button to ask what they mean by that when you are at the kiosk. Their payment port doesn’t work and the manager knows it doesn’t work. If the payment machine doesn’t work get it fixed if you are not allowed to put a broken sticker on it this was a huge hassle making sure that they didn’t double charge us. Then the reason for not having full stars on the food was because of the drinks what happened to the fresh fruit drinks? Now the drinks are nothing but colored dye syrup. Food was still the same with nice and hot chili cheese fries.

You may wanna fill the car up and bring some snacks with you before sitting in the drive through line here. You’ll experience a whole range of emotions while you sit there all day. 1st you turn off the car to save gas, but after another 20 min. you get hot and need to turn on the AC. Only problem, then the whole line gets excited thinking there may be some progress soon. If you actually are able to brave it through the half hour it takes, if you mention it taking a while to the attendant, get ready to get smarted off to. I keep having faith after like 3 or 4 months and try and go back but nope… They are consistent, they have a commitment to being the worst out there.

Food is good. But when you pay $1.49 extra for cheese and $1 for chili. You would think they would at least put some on there.
