Was traveling in the area which is the reason I stopped. Probably an older unit but done the way that is good for the customer.

Unlike many recent remodels at other units this one still ha drinks tea ice caps straws and napkins out. None of the new remodel waiting for a non existent employee to come by

Biscuit and contents done right. Hot. Tea tasty and cold. Good place to stop as it has the right feel to it.

Unsure what the access and exit situation is. Seems that it may not be easily reached from all directions.

This place is being run by a bunch of young kids, several of them and the service was still not good.
Worst of all, the food tasted so poorly (even for fast food) and they admitted to knowing the fryer oil needed to be changed after I got 2 sets of fries that were absolutely disgusting. She just said they could give a refund, so I gave all the food back and got my money back.
And that was after it took 15 to 20 minutes to get help. Nobody would even look at the people who were waiting at the counter to be helped.
Someone needs to step up and get things in order here.

Everytime i come here they have an attitude or rush you to order. We just went through today and they got our meal wrong. charged us more than what we ordered too. put lettuce on our burgers that weren’t suppose to be on there. asked for no pickle, got pickle. no bacon on the burger either when its name has bacon in it lol. fries were stale and mid warm. went to the pick up window, a girl was on her phone and didn’t get off till a couple minutes after with our stuff sitting, and she didn’t check the bag and didn’t say anything. other time we went for breakfast the girl have an attitude and didn’t say have a good day or anything and just closed the window. mcdonald’s do better with your employees and food. props to the ones the actually care about their job and making people happy for what they pay for.

So after your manager canceling my mobile order on my device after we showed you the mobile pick up code, then saying “it’s showing canceled” well no kidding, really? You retake said order then leave stuff off of it, wow good job… pull us up waited 7 cars, finally get our order and was missing stuff that you did manage to get onto the reorder, then run your mouth to the car in the drive thru that we already got our food? Seriously? My son was inside getting our order fixed…. absolutely appalled at your managers true lack of brains, etiquette, and customer service skills.

First, I went to the restroom and unfortunately didn’t notice there was no toilet paper, my boyfriend asked them to bring me some and I waiting several minutes and they never came, I had to walk over to the other stall that had a very little toilet paper.

Second, I finally got back to the table to my cold food to find they had my order wrong, I went to get it fixed and they just took the sandwich from my hand, made a new one and the new bagel was disgusting.

The restaurant was dirty and the supervisor on duty at 9:30 on February 14 was rude and lacked in customer service.

Then there was a guy that was completely unprofessional putting on a vest and cussing because he had to go outside. The supervisor did tell him to watch his mouth.

I will never return to this location.

Went thru the drive thru to try the new Big Arch. It was Big that’s for sure. It has a lot of toppings on it, but it tasted very bland. That was weird to me. I tried it but I won’t buy it again.

I stopped at this location around 9:30 a.m. while traveling home because my daughter wanted breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and when we finally received our order and got back on the road, I discovered that my oatmeal was cold — it clearly had been sitting out for quite some time.

To make matters worse, the employee who handed me our food, a young blonde woman, did so with visible irritation and dismissiveness, simply saying “here” and she shoves the bag at me. I rarely write negative reviews, but this level of service was unacceptable. It feels like this location takes advantage of being right off the expressway, assuming travelers won’t bother to turn around and address poor service once they’re back on the road.

Worst McDonald’s there is! Ordered a 6 pc happy meal for my son got all the way home(35 min away) he opens his happy meal and no nuggets!!! Now my son has no chicken nuggets! How hard is it to do a single job!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t even want to give a 1 star!

Upon arrival it took 15 minutes until our order was took, even though no one was in line inside in front of us. We then waited 30 mins before we received our food. I ordered a side of bacon and I got one very small piece broke in half. My orange juice was only 3/4 the way full. My gravy was in a cup and only half full also. If I had not already left, I would have got my money back. I didn’t receive a receipt to fill out the survey. I suggest you pass up this location unless you want to wait almost an hour to only get half your food. Negative -5 stars.
