I ordered my 2 year old son 2 bologna biscuits and I specifically asked for light biscuits instead I got hard burnt biscuits and when I called to report it to the manager he insisted I bring it back and they replace it I stay in Gadsden most places that mess up your order take your name down and replace it not ask for the food back which isn’t a problem but this is the second time this week and my biscuits were barely wrapped properly. People work too hard to pay for old food.

I like Jack’s in Hokes Bluff with Danny as manger! Everyone there helpful,attentive and smiling makes me feel at home. Not only the food is good they’re fast at preparing your order. I’m retired having to wait for my check ,the first meal will be catfish plate!!!!!

My Mom and I go to Gadsden every Wednesday morning. We stop at Jacks at hwy 278 hoakes bluff/Gadsden location.
We go through the drive through and get coffee and either sausage or a pie.
The girl at the window, Kayla. Greets us with a smile, and as busy as they are she always remembers how we like our coffee. Two creamers and two sweet and low packets. My Mom just take creamers and two stir sticks. And Kayla always has it ready. It’s amazing she remembers!
Kayla is so sweet and gives excellent customer service with a smile. She seems to enjoy her job.
Y’all better give this girl a raise! She deserves it.

We usually come here once a week since we don’t live far but tonight may be the last time. We both got 4 pc chicken fingers. 2 out our 4 pieces are smaller than our pinky and the fries had no salt on them. My milk shake was barely mixed and was half full.

We ordered the eight piece chicken ($14.99) through the drive thru window.
When you get extra food you know there is something wrong. We had two chicken fingers in the box that we did not order.
This was the worst chicken we have ever gotten from any Jacks location. There is a point that chicken should be thrown out and ours was at least an hour before we ordered it. At 5:00 in the afternoon you would think they would be frying fresh for people getting off work.
*** I have never given a two star review for any fast food establishment, this is a first. But I was highly disappointed to have spent almost $19.00 and ended up with food that we had to throw out.

THIS was EXACTLY how they cooked my 7 year old’s TATER TOTS!!! He nearly vomited and so did I. I called the manager to let him know what a horrible meal we had received and he said “sometimes that happens”. My thought is, IF IT HAPPENS, DON’T SERVE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Embarrassing.

Stopped by this morning on my way to Birmingham. Went inside because drive through was to crowded, in a hurry I placed a small simple order to go… I ordered a sausage biscuit add cheese, a sausage biscuit was taken out from under the warmer (where they had premade 10+ of 5 or 6 different type biscuits to place under the warmer, to have “ready”… a cold slice of cheese was placed on an already cold biscuit! I got bk out to my car, realized this had to go bk in, then they placed it into the microwave and over heated it!!! NASTY!!!!

Drive thru is always busy at this location but the workers keep it moving very well so never a long wait. Food is always right with napkins and utensils with the order.
