I came to this McDonald’s earlier today and I went to the drive-through and I ordered a number seven with 10 piece nuggets a Sprite french fries and two blueberry cream pies. I got my order out the window and the service was pretty quick but when I opened my bag by the time, I was on the highway driving to Orlando there were two apple pies in there. It’s not that big of a convenience, but I wanted to try them so I called the restaurant they didn’t answer then I called them about three more times they still didn’t answer. And the fact of the matter is, they won’t answer the phone and I have no way to resolve my issue and they gave me the wrong item.

This double quarter pounder was basically a high density beef delivery system: two thick patties optimized for maillard reaction, welded together with molten American cheese and barely contained by a bun that knows it’s outmatched, resulting in a sodium and fat ratio that triggered instant satisfaction. Disgraceful service. NOT ALL people can use the kiosks… Some have aphasia and others have disabilities to which touching those dirty things can be extremely dangerous… DO BETTER like the Rockledge on US1… Get friendlier staff !!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff is disrespectful and rude. The manager was annoyed that I interrupted his conversation of him just talking to his staff playing around. The app never seems to work at this location but works everywhere else… seems off to me. Then told me he won’t honor the app discount because they don’t want to give me free food (it was 20% a $10 order). When my order was over $40. Also not to mention the person taking my order said that the code was not working and when I asked they told me idk I don’t control the app and my manager is not going to help you get it fixed. Then tried to refuse to get him for me. I would rather drive an hour to go to other locations that to ever come to this one again!!

The manager tonight 10/04/2025 at 10:00pm was possibly the most unprofessional service member I have ever encountered. I ordered 2 snack wraps and 1 of them was not cooked thoroughly or just flat out a bad piece of chicken. I ate in the parking lot so I went back through the drive thru and told them the situation and if I could swap out the 1 I couldn’t eat. The manager came over with the attitude of a disgruntled teenager and after I turned in the remaining food she walked away while I was talking to her and together with the crew leader began to complain and talk about me openly as if this was a high school. Hello!! I don’t care if this is McDonald’s I paid for something and could not eat it because of YOUR mistake! I come here often and have never had an issue and after tonight and my experience with this MANAGER I will never return. After seeing her openly speak badly about a customer her team felt comfortable enough to join in with her. The fish rots from the head down! If this is the type of manager you employ the staff will follow her lead. What a horrible example. After reading the past reviews it seems as if there have been MULTIPLE reports about an unprofessional manager. Lucky for her I didn’t get her name so I reporting the date and time though it doesn’t seem this McDonald cares enough about reviews to have a discussion with her as there is still a manager behaving this way.

I think these workers are robots or zombies. They don’t speak and they avoid eye contact. They try to give the wrong order because they don’t even ask if it’s yours or not. Just shove it at you.

Horrible service in the dining room while the drive thru pumps out orders. The person taking orders ignored 4 people waiting in line to order while making take out orders an standing staring at a blank screen doing nothing . Even the manager looked over and ignored everyone while focusing on the drive thru times. The person at the counter eventually took one order of the person in front of me then turned around and went back to standing at a blank screen waiting for drive thru orders . I asked if I could place an order she said hold on and turned around and did the same thing . 3 people also waiting behind me. I left and went thru the drive thru got my food in seconds. Came back inside to eat and everyone was still waiting and the person who ordered in front of me just got their order. Its not that hard. Ridiculous. Do better !!!!

I always have a good experience when I come here but my visit today was exceptionally great. The food was made perfectly and was packaged with care- it’s the little details that matter! Even more so, Cat went above and beyond for me despite it being the busy dinner rush. She has amazing customer service skills and is so kind every time I see her. Best McDonald’s around!!!

Went to pick up order and sat in line for well over 10+ mins waiting to even get to the order intercom just to give them a mobil code. After giving the code I sat for another 10+ mins watching and listening the employees sitting back and joking around. They came out to the second window eventually to say that the ice cream machine is cleaning itself and that we can get something else instead. Specifically with the mcflurries i order for my mrs and i every now and then late night for a treat and it seems that garunteed the last 5 times trying to order it during the night shift it’s ALWAYS broken only during the night.
