While traveling with family they decided that Wendy’s was the place they wanted to go. So this was the first Wendy’s we came across. We walked in an took turns going to the dirty bathrooms while we waited in line. After ordering we received our food pretty quickly. We ordered 4 for 4’s. The chicken nuggets were burned, the fries tasted old, and the one plain bacon cheeseburger had big spots of mayonnaise on it. The soda fountain was out of most soda flavors and the Coke tasted bad. We noticed several roaches on the floor by the soda fountain as well.
I would definitely recommend not visiting this establishment.

This is what my fries look like EVERY time. I went inside to order on another occasion and overheard the manager explaining to a customer ( must have been a regular) that he would be gone the following week because he was selected by corporate to go on a cruise. He said this perk was awarded to a set number of managers with the highest profit margin. So cheating customers out of food is how he ensures he wins the cruise. Pathetic. I’m done with this location.

Ordered two sandwiches, both plain. Just bun, meat, bun. Both came with everything… Ok, no big deal other than I want to get back on the road. I drive back and ask for my order to be corrected and they clearly give me the same sandwiches with the Mayo and lettuce removed. I’m glad I’m just passing through, and never have to stop here again.

Been here before without incident. This trip, it was not busy, but service was terrible. Couldn’t get the order right after 3 times. No apology even from the manager. Would should have taken 5 to ten mins set us back 30. A poor way to run a business. Food did taste good, though. Hey, it’s Wendy’s. They do know how to make a good burger. Still, worst rest room I’ve seen in a while. Smelled horrible and I feared I couldn’t get my shoes unstuck from in front of the urinal. Disgusting. I sure hope the food prep area was kept cleaner.

I normally love eating at Wendy’s when I’m on the road. While I’ve had worse experiences, this was definitely not amongst my better visits. After 15 minutes of waiting at the “pull forward” spot I had to go inside to get my food. I verified the order was complete, but unfortunately not everything was right. Being on a road trip I wasn’t about to turn around…needless to say I’ll try to avoid this Wendy’s in the future.

The food was good, hot, and as prepared. The chairs were incredibly sticky and gross feeling. The seating area kind of smelled like smoke, so that was gross. The two people who waited on us were sweet and helpful.
