I’ve updated my review to 5 stars based on my latest visit and changes to my order. I ordered Tony’s Combo with a side of Brisket. That allowed me to try a full slab of Baby Backs, pulled pork, Brisket, Fries and Collard Greens. I asked for the Fries lightly salted and they were perfect! The fries were crispy and lower salt really fit my tastes. The collard greens were also much better than the corn I had previously. The waitress informed me I could add Brisket and it was absolutely worth it! The Brisket and baby backs were some of the best I’ve had. Note this meal was plenty for two and some to bring home.
I tried the baby back ribs, smoked turkey and pulled pork combo. The ribs were my favorite. Every bite of the ribs were delicious. Really all of the meat was very good and worth a return visit. I enjoy tangy over sweet BBQ and thought their tangy and mustard BBQ sauces went very well with the pulled pork. The smoked turkey was moist considering it was smoked, although the smoke flavor was very mild. The meat and BBQ sauces are worth 5 stars.
The only things I didn’t like were the side dishes. The corn was overcooked like it had been sitting in hot water. The fries were too salty. The fries would have been really good with 1/2 the salt… next time I’ll try requesting that. I also didn’t like there is no way to try the beef brisket… it can only be ordered on its own. This really should be an option to sample along with other meats. Finally no booth seating is avaliable. There are padded seats at the bar and wood chairs at the tables… both of which are uncomfortable/unusable for us due to back and knee injuries.

We had our holiday party in the barn! It was a fantastic venue and the food was great! Our employees raved and stated it was one of our best parties. We were a little concerned about the size, but the layout created a cozy vibe with room to spare to walk around and dance with 120 guests. The lights at night were so pretty and created a beautiful atmosphere. The intermittent train run created a fun game for everyone to cheer when it passed through. Thank you Cassie and the rest of the team for your efforts. Will definitely be back!

Rib City is legit the city of RIBS and delicious BBQ. This time around I tried their Skyscraper SLICED pork sandwich with Mac n Cheese and Fries. The sides were amazing and the sandwich was on point! Try that with the BBQ sauces and you can only win for less than $15 with a drink. The sweet tea is very good and i bought a gallon to go. They sell ice cream on the side but that’s for my next visit.

Been driving past this place for years and today hubby said he was hungry while driving home, so a quick u-turn on Route 1 and It. Was. Worth. It.
Wonderful service, unique atmosphere, delicious food. Brisket was cooked and smoked amazingly, loaded fries with pulled pork were outstanding and everything else was marvelous. Angelina was an excellent server and very attentive and fun. Literally the only negative would be: perhaps dust surfaces every now and then (window ledges and chandeliers need attention) BUT! We’ll definitely be back regardless and I’m so gonna recommend this place to whomever is seeking good BBQ and service. First time and not the last time.

My wife and I really enjoyed Tony’s Combo. It was very delicious and they staff there were wonderful. There was occasional moderate noise from the frequent trains passing nearby while we ate there.

Great BBQ restaurant! While visiting Sebastian I drove past Rib City and it smelled amazing so I decided to try it for dinner. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next day and got dinner to-go. The restaurant has a great historic feel and a little ice cream parlor attached. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good but I did feel that the portions I received in the restaurant were larger than what I received on my to-go order. I tried the pulled pork, sliced pork, corn fritters, sweet potato fries, macaroni and cheese, and collard greens and all were very tasty. I recommend trying this restaurant and I plan on visiting again next time I’m in town.

This place is amazing!!!! The flavor was out of this world!!! Our waiter Kyle was great and very attentive! Everything was perfect! Waiter showed multiple gluten free items as the wife has celiac disease and it is an allergy and not a choice!

Love the meats! Great selection we never leave without some extra mustard based sauce. Great baby back ribs. Only complaint is the lack of flexibility in the menu with changes of meats. Once I learned the art form of ordering, this became our go to for BBQ.

I live in Tampa but my boyfriend lives in Vero. This is the first time we made it over to Rib City and I was so pleased with the food! Neither of us eats alot so we decided to share the rib/wing platter with Mac-N-Cheese and baked beans. I was so happy we did! Everything was amazing and its a true Southern Sweet Tea when you get 1. We had an app of the fried okra (the only way I will ever eat okra) and it was cooked perfectly not salty like alot of places. The young girl that waited on us was named Angelina and was so nice and helpful I had to make sure that it was acknowledged! We will definitely come back!!

I ordered the brisket fries for takeout, and honestly, it was the best brisket I’ve had in a long time. I used to live in Texas, so I know authentic flavor when I taste it, and this took me right back there. I was genuinely surprised
