First off I waited over 20 minutes to be served a discolored and rotten tasting hot dog, I asked for a refund and the entire interaction went downhill, who I assume was the supervisor came out and immediately had a bad attitude, I asked for a refund and he took the food didn’t say anything and went back inside. I pressed the button and asked what he was doing to resolve and was told “give me a minute” so I sit in my car ANOTHER 20 minutes awaiting a refund, the same supervisor comes out with his arm extended holding out cash, he shoves in my hand and then proceeds to say “there you go you didn’t have to be an asshole” mind you I never raised my voice and was polite but firm throughout the interaction. Never in my life have a been cussed at and called vulgar names for asking for a politely asking for refund. I rarely if ever complain. I then pressed the button once again and asked for the name of the general manager, He refused to give me any names of his higher up and told me “leave I gave you a refund I’m not telling you that” . I go here all the time. This is my first time ever complaining and the long waits and food consistency problems are constant. This time I will be contacting the health department. There are two sides to every story, however I have video and photos of the incident. Pictured is the food and the person mentioned above. Furthermore he was very disheveled looking in both his uniform and personal hygiene. This place needs shut down.

I ordered carry out. 2 Sliders and a shake. I checked into stall 16. I started playing a game on my phone, then another. Then another. I saw cars come and go. Ahter 30 minutes I hit the button again. Some dude said what’s the name? Hold on just a minute. Well 20 minutes after that I was livid because I was the one there. So I pulled thru the drive explained my wait and asked if she could just refund my money because I couldn’t wait any longer. She said what’s the name? I told her and she walked straight to a bag and jerked the receipt off and came back to register and started to do my refund. I said wait I’m hungry please give me the food. She walked her dragging butt walk to the bag grabbed it then told me it just barely got done. Well. I plopped a tater tot into my mouth and was….severely disappointed . Ice cold. I don’t know that I’ll ever go back. There’s too many choices in the same price range. Why be forgotten insulted and given cold food.

My wife and I are door dash drivers. We got an order at this sonic, arrived and notified staff of the customers name. After 15 minutes of waiting, we pushed the call button again to find out that the order had not even been started. We sat and watched as at least 4 cars went through the drive thru but still no order. The order was a plain cheeseburger, tots, mozzarella sticks and a pretzel. No way it should take this long.
Edit. Over 45 mins, and they told us they handed the food to someone else.

I can’t even give you a better review because it’s always something at this place. Too young teenage males would rather sit inside and eat their food instead of paying attention to the orders that are coming. I was the only car in a stall. There was no cars in line. I waited 20 minutes for this burnt BLT.
I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Instead I got the ultimate tomato and onion burrito! Stuff that’s not even included in the burrito I ordered or any of your burritos for that matter. I love spending five dollars on some thing I don’t even want. There’s about four pieces of sausage in there, four tator tots, and not a drop of bacon! DO BETTER!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Order $60 worth of food for four people received 3 burgers no sides 3 of four drinks and missing a burrito too. Tried to tell the carhop who walked away as we were talking to her. Pushed the button for service and got no response. Tried to go through the drive through line and got no help, and finally tried to call the store. The answered the phone set it down on the counter and left it me on hold for over an hour. I tried to call in again and they still had the phone sitting off the hook. There were at least four other people there with order issues not being taken care of as well.

Burger was burnt and they didn’t mix my slush right I order grape lemon lime cream slush even though I give a 50 dollar tip to the dude am not very happy with there service not Comeing back here again. Warning do not come eat here, danger. RUN..

First of all the sonic was very loud when I pulled up to try to order. The lady had to have me repeat several times which was fine. Nobody can help that but she charged me $50 and realized that she charged me the drink and the sides separately of each of my orders. I had to wait for her to turn around and fix that which made my order back down to $30 I kinda let that go but then I asked for a strawberry banana cream slush and I just got a strawberry slush and I had a grape cream slush with lemon lime and it had no cream slush in it either! Guess I can say jokes on me because I tipped the guy $10 to get the wrong order anyway. might not come back cause that just threw my appetite.

Only ordered 1 drink. 10 min later, no drink. I went to the window only to be told, some girl left drive-thru unattended and someone else had to cover it.NEWSFLASH!!! People want their order, NOT a poor excuse as to why it takes over 10 min to fill a drink order—-your prices are too high to make customers wait or listen to reasons why your restaurant can’t function at a level where your prices are.

Tried them again. Still not any better. Took forever to get them to answer the drive thru bell. I was the only one there. Asked for ranch, didn’t get any. Got an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, it was not very ultimate. The tots were barely cooked.
