This location is always clean, very welcoming and has friendly workers. They are patient with you ordering and making customizations. Very short wait time for food. Chicken was hot, crispy and had a great taste. Always enjoy stopping by for tenders or butter burgers. We love ordering the family size onion rings!

I’m gonna see this man’s name many times so no one forgets it when you walk in that place you look for the older gentleman behind the register and even if you have to wait have him help you. He is amazing. He is why that place is there.

Talks to me all the time when I come in there thanks me for coming in there as I eat there. I take food to go and I also do delivery there.
He doesn’t stand there complaining he doesn’t stand their socializing when he sees a customer walking in that door. He’s on top of it. He moves right to the register and lets the person know that they’re important.
I am very thankful he is there. I wish you can clone Drew.
He is a great greeter. It will be amazing if they could move him around to multiple occasions to have them there for the people.

The frozen custard is delicious as always. The servers were very pleasant and courteous. Around 8:30 pm a very large group of HS kids came in and it got pretty noisy. But we were done anyway and left.

However, the drive-thru staff—a young man who looks like he’s in high school or early 20s—consistently writes customers’ names wrong, even very common English names that anyone would recognize. This makes it feel like he’s playing around with customers’ names. This has happened multiple times, and his attitude came across as harsh and careless.
We usually visit this location, but now we’ll go to a different location instead, even though it’s a bit farther, because the staff there are polite and much more friendly.
It’s disappointing for a place our family visits so often.

Custard was so mouthwateringly good that it gave me sphenopalatineganglioneuralgia. The burger and fries’s taste reminded me of the eellogofusciouhipoppokunuriously stunning ambience of lake chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. Customer service was very quick and easy to go through, very kind people! Would recommend going here as this restaurant is the opposite of floccinaucinihilipilification!

One of our favorites! Literally enjoyed by the whole family. The kids love the burgers and chicken tenders. Of course the cheese curds, hot and squeaky everytime! We have never gotten anything we didn’t enjoy. Wish they carried creamy lemon crumble more often than just as the flavor of the day once a month but when it comes around I’m there!! Love that the kids meal comes with a voucher for free ice cream as well! Always great service by the friendly staff!

Patty the manager is very rude and has an attitude when you make modifications to your order. Also has lack of basic English capabilities and also came up to me with my receipt saying I cannot rip my receipt up because I was going to get my free ice cream when it does NOT make a difference and does not say its required to keep the receipt in one piece.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our lunch. I had the walleye dinner and she had a kid’s burger and fries with no bun. The fish was flavorful (though the batter was a little too heavy) and we both loved the broccoli, which was steamed to perfection. The staff was so welcoming and helpful – and especially patient with the 3 yr old. It was nice to see the place busy.
