We ordered the following:
• Salmon Salad: The salmon was fresh and tender, with just the right amount of creamy mayonnaise to balance the flavor.
• Gyoza: not your typical bite-sized pieces. They were moist, flavorful, and had that authentic taste you’d expect from a Japanese restaurant .
• Pork Katsudon: The pork was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, served on a bed of steamed rice and topped with sautéed onions and a sweet-savory donburi sauce.
• Takoyaki: Each ball had a good amount of octopus—no filler overload here. The seasoning was spot on, and the mayo drizzle and bonito flakes tied it all together beautifully.
The restaurant gives off an authentic Japanese dining vibe, complete with traditional low tables where you sit on the floor. However, the room smelled strongly of food. Improving ventilation perhaps with added exhaust vents and better lighting might enhance comfort.
Parking is spacious, however, the restaurant’s popularity means you’ll likely face a wait during peak hours. In fact, they had to add extra tables that somewhat disrupted the Japanese layout and ambiance. I recommend visiting earlier than peak times to fully enjoy the intended atmosphere.
Kidding aside i love the food taste, food quality and quantity, friendly staff, and over all.. cant say. Any negative comment as we love over all of it.
We love Japanese food a lot and this resto satisfied my taste buds..
Highly recommended.. SURELY TO COME BACK..
Mukang eto na. Ang new GO TO SPOT ko ..
I would say this is one of the most affordable and value for money Japanese Restaurant in Malolos.
One of the most noticeable positive note is the serving time, very fast and the food is served hot. They have a parking around 7 cars only so I would say it’s best to go here during off hours or just ride a motorcycle to avoid hassle.
I ordered the Katsu Curry and I would say that this definitely needs improvement as the curry is very runny but taste wise it is good. But the sushi’s and the ramen are worth trying as the broth is very rich in flavor!
Definitely worth going back!

The sushi, karaage and takoyaki is generally salty, Ramen noodles is good and firm but the broth is not so much authentic. But the food is affordable.
This isn’t even my first bad experience. When I ordered online a while back, I found a hair in the food. I messaged the page, and though the message was seen by the moderator, no one ever replied. I decided to give the restaurant another chance by visiting the physical store, but it turned out even worse.
Upon entering, no one assisted us with the seating or explained the so-called “line for tables.” Water was served late, and when our sushi arrived, we had to wait almost five minutes just to get simple saucers. These are small details, but they leave a big impact.
Some suggestions that could really help improve your service:
W – Welcome guests properly.
A – Assist customers (especially with seating or lining up).
T – Timely provide essentials like water (a basic need).
S – Serve food with complete utensils/plates in advance.
On top of that, servers often responded with “for a while po” in a dismissive tone. I understand the pressure of a rush, but tone and attentiveness matter. Customers can be patient, but only up to a point. With better organization from preparation to service to bussing out, the whole dining experience could improve dramatically.
It’s such a waste (“sayang”), because the food really does have potential. But poor customer service can make people like me and many others never want to come back.
