The young gentleman who helped me, named Daniel, was incredibly professional, well-spoken, and polite. He truly went above and beyond for me and my family. I had ordered two bowls, but at the last minute, my daughter decided she didn’t want vegetables. Even though I was already at the window, I asked if the order could be changed, and Daniel kindly said, “No problem, I can take care of that.”
After I paid, I drove to the other side to pick up my food. When Daniel brought out our order, he asked if I needed any sauces and returned with extra sauce—and even a cup of water for my daughter. I hadn’t asked for the water, but he noticed she was coughing and said, “This is for your daughter; sometimes my throat gets dry too.” That small act of kindness truly touched me.
Daniel’s exceptional service made our visit memorable, and I just wanted to express my appreciation. Employees like him really make a difference.
Out here in Washington we go to Panda Express this is similar food but they definitely have their own flavors and recipes. The Orange Chicken is soft and has great flavor. Their noodles were also great. Lots of flavor without the grease that normally comes with these noodles.
Also I would like to thank the staff for making our experience great. While ordering there was a confusion and we thought we ordered noodles for our kiddos and we got served rice. When we brought it to their attention without hesitation they gave us two side orders of noodles for our kids. Thank you!
Next time we are in California we will most definitely eat here again.
It wasn’t spicy. The Teriyaki sauce is one of my least favorite in this area. It’s very pungent and sour. It doesn’t taste traditional.
Overall, the food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either.
The atmosphere was good. The service was quick.
I doubt I’d ever recommend or go back for a meal. $44 for a guest of two.
In my experience with many restaurants this is a major issue that should be resolved and addressed because they always do this. Other than that the food was good.
One of the workers suddenly shouted at us, saying, “Excuse me, sir, those cups are for water, not soda,” in a very rude and accusatory tone—without even checking to see that we had paid for the drinks.
It was embarrassing, especially in front of other customers, and completely unnecessary. We weren’t doing anything wrong, just trying to make things easier for our kids. Even if there was a concern, it could’ve been handled with basic courtesy and a simple question.
Really disappointed in the customer service. This kind of attitude doesn’t belong in a customer-facing job.
Her name is Jennifer.
