Update: I followed the link and submitted my feedback and was told someone would reach out to me and as I expected I have heard nothing.
I spent $43 on dinner for 3 people. Our order was not accurate. The quality of food was terrible. We ordered 2 orders of curly fries and an order of crinkle fries. We got 3 curly fries and the one order was just bits and pieces of curly fries. None of the fry containers were full. Both of our cheesesteaks had meat on the outside edge of the bread but the inside was empty. The chicken sandwich had the top of a tomato on it with the green from the stem still on it. I understand the cost of things have been going up on everything, but seriously, if it’s going to cost that much for dinner at least we should get the things we order and they should be great quality!

The staff is usually friendly. Sometimes they are a bit slow to take your order. But the food is made fresh (as fresh as it can be at a fast food place) as in it doesn’t get made ahead of time and sit under heat lamps for an hour. My last few visits a young lady named Nadia has been working. She’s friendly, helpful, and I have seen her step in and assist her coworkers.

Manager or guy claiming to be manager was beyond rude. If I order a 9 piece and you apparently can’t count and gave me a 7 piece you get aggressive with cause you can’t count is ridiculous and refuse to give me your name , you are going to be wotjiut a job at Arby’s

So, took almost 15 minutes to get one chicken wrap (which isn’t very big for the cost) and two large fries (fries don’t come full). The cost was very high for how much food we got. $21.60. We also got one LG chocolate shake and one large Dt Coke. Those came out right away at least.

This location was far and away one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Fast and friendly service. Fresh food. Clean from the parking lot to the lobby, clean bathrooms and seating areas as well!

Good place to get roast beef. My favorite is the French dip with the au jus. Milk shakes were pretty good too! Its usually not too crowded here. I have a large family so they end up bringing my food out to me instead of having me come and get it!

Waited 10 mins for our food and recieved this. Hardly any meat on both gyros.. 8 dollars for a sandwich I had to drink. Wild.
