Our wedding reception at Chaz 51 was truly everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel cared for and celebrated. Every detail—from the setup to the lighting to the flow of the evening—was handled with such professionalism and genuine warmth by Ms. Dorothy.
The space itself was beautiful and inviting, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how perfect everything looked and felt. The team went above and beyond to make sure our night ran smoothly, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment with our loved ones.
It was the perfect place to begin this new chapter of our lives, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!

Absolutely fantastic experience! We came in for dinner and were blown away. The steaks were delicious and cooked to absolute perfection, tender and full of flavor. Manny was gracious, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Our server Melissa was excellent…attentive without being intrusive, and made sure everything was just right. They also have a great happy hour and their cocktails were awesome. This place is a gem for a date night. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely the best steakhouse, by far. Every time we go, we try something new because it is all incredible. Let’s start with the appetizers-Mussels have the most flavorful broth! Shrimp has a tangy citrus that explodes with flavor. Beef Wellington has three small ones that are mouth-watering. Now for entrees- Blue cheese steak salad is the perfect blend of flavors and it’s healthy! Steak melted in your mouth. And the lamb chops are the best I have ever had in my life!!!
The service was fantastic. From the moment of our arrival, everyone went above and beyond. Manny-the manager was always checking in and lending a hand. Servers even helped one another. It was fantastic and every suggestion they made was perfection.

My wife lost her father on thanksgiving aNd as we were cleaning out his home she wanted something particular based on the reviews I decided with Chaz51… turned out to be a major mistake and a waste of $60 I ordered zucchini fries, 14oz newyork strip, loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad as well as upgraded with a french onion soup. The food… 1. The steak was EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED, we ordered to our liking (Medium Medium well) an the steak was raw I took a picture AFTER i cooked it again myself and it was still severely underdone (see pic below) as well as the steak still having a pulse it was the worst cut there was silver skin (they claim to be hand cut) and extremely fatty especially for a NY strip usually a cut you order when you dont want fat… mostly fan The potato was hard and virtually not cooked at all.. No one was at the door to greet me I had to stand around awkwardly waiting to be seen. I would understand had the place been busy but it was empty..the french onion soup upon picking it up was lukewarm warm if that, the cheese was hard and there was a few onion skins. I normally would never leave a review but she barely ate the food and the dog wouldnt even go near it.

We went to Chaz 51 Steakhouse on Tuesday evening and we both ordered the two petite tenderloins on the lounge menu, one with a side of broccoli and one with a side of fries, also comes with a side salad. The steak was exquisite melt in your mouth, cooked perfectly medium rare as we ordered. Drinks and commentary by AJ at the bar were the icing on the cake. Delicious. We loved CHAZ 51 so much we went back Wednesday evening (they open at 4:00pm) I ordered the Linguine di Mare that comes with a side salad. It was a huge portion of pasta with chopped clams, mussels, and shrimp with an amazing sauce that was wonderful. Hubs ordered a house salad and their wonderful burger with fries. Also delicious. I couldn’t finish my meal but the hubs stepped up and ate the rest. He couldn’t believe the flavor it was so good. AJ at the bar was awesome and we couldn’t ask for more attention or better cocktails.

We had a table of 9 and the restaurant was pretty busy . Our server was good but the seafood was not. The mussels were literally the worst we have ever had, we couldn’t even eat them. The lobster tail was mushy and the shrimp was rubbery. I would definately not recommend eating here unless you only want a steak and baked potato. We probably will not return, I could not eat seafood for a week after this.

Chaz 51 hosted my dad’s 65th birthday party and made the entire experience absolutely stress-free. Chaz (the chef) and Dorothy were AMAZING — so kind, attentive, and on top of every detail. The entire staff was incredibly professional. The prime rib station and bacon-wrapped scallops were an absolute hit, and they even cut and served the cake for us, which was such a nice touch. They cleaned up beautifully and made everything from start to finish feel seamless and special. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd visit to Chaz 51 and it was delicious . Our server, Shay, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable with the menu items and has a fantastic personality.
I had the Surf & Turf with a baked potato. So delicious, both the meat and lobster were tender and full of flavor. My husband had the 14oz Boneless Ribeye with Linguine Butter Sauce, he said the Ribeye was very flavorful and juicy, the linguine was one of the best he’s ever had. We also had the Sangria which had a mix of tangy and sweetness, very refreshing. We were too full to have dessert, but we are taking home cheesecake and crème brûlée, looking forward to them. Please ask for Shay when you visit, she truly is a delightful person.

Very disappointed with this experience. The food service was extremely slow, and our meals arrived at completely different times, which made it impossible to enjoy dinner together. The ambience was honestly unpleasant — the dark black tablecloths made the place feel gloomy rather than elegant. To make matters worse, the plates looked cheap and didn’t match the prices or expectations. Overall, the atmosphere and service really need significant improvement.
