Came in there was no line, the young man greeted me and there was a woman with neck tattoos next to him that quickly grabbed my order and asked me what else I wanted no pleasant demeanor about her at all I asked for half and half and she gave me a ridiculously small portion of steak (which when you get half and half you get charged for the more expensive protein) when I asked for a little more she proceeded to act as if it was going to come directly out of her check or something and tried to say something smart but moved on to what was next. The sweet cashier lady checked me out and accidentally charged me double portions so when I went back in to point it out the woman with the neck tattoos immediately tries to argue as if I’m trying to get away with something (I’m simply just trying to get what I was charged for, an honest mistake on the sweet cashier lady) neck tattoos wasn’t even listening properly and continued to be defensive, after she realized what was actually being pointed out she gives me the extra chicken portion I was charged for but didn’t apologize or even try to have a pleasant demeanor just kept on with her ugly attitude.
Management should really reconsider who they have on the line, if you aren’t happy with your job guess what, you can be unemployed no need to be miserable towards others.

Delicious meal. I ordered a healthy version and tasted great. Bed of greens, Pico, grilled chicken, onions, and guacamole.

Never order online from this place. Never. First of all, you can’t order quesadilla’s from here unless you do it online, for some reason. But when you order online, they try to trick/cheat you. If you order double meat or cheese, they do not give it but they will definitely charge you for it. If you order extra beans on your quesadilla, they will not give it to you. They just leave one of the spots completely empty. I don’t even know why you are given the option to add anything, especially if when it’s something that they charge you for, just to completely ignore it. This place is a joke.

While you may get decent service if you order at the counter, I wouldn’t recommend getting take out from here. The last two times I’ve been in, mistakes have been made. I ordered a steak burrito that came with absolutely no steak. And today, they sent me out the door with the completely wrong order. I think they need to revisit the quality control on there to go orders.

There’s something off about this place. All the workers are always kind and attentive. The food is usually on point. But it feels like the corporate overlord is watching them or something. The vibes are feeling ominous or threatening. I do keep going back because it’s my most local Chipotle. Idk, corporate, give these people a raise or something. You gotta take better care of your workers, bruv.

I came in around 6:00p which is peak dinner rush. Most of their items were low and instead of refillimg they iusy scraped out what they could. The chicken was gristly and I felt like the portions of chicken beans and guacamole were on the smaller side, which guacamole costs extra. Probably won’t return for a while, this location has been hit or miss recently.

I definitely commend the staff here for being patient with us. We came here after a wrestling competition and our whole team walked in to order (around 20 kids). They served all of us quickly and the food was great. My burrito tasted amazing and was loaded. This location is great!

The person who took my order spoke softly and I told her that I couldn’t hear her. She made no effort to speak louder and provided no verbal or nonverbal cues that indicated she understood. She barely looked out from under the hat she was wearing. For example, I just started to tell her that I would please like two burritos steamed as side items. Before I could get the request made to her, she turned away. Another staff person had to step in and help. When we arrived at 9:33p.m. all the stuff was in process of being put away. No place to sit, no tea drinks. Many food options were not available. The staff were cleaning the food bins and putting food away. When I came to the counter to see if the tortillas were ready the girl who had made them was glaring at me. The music is too loud in this store. When paired with a poor communication of the staff person it causes a feeling of dismissal. I have had a similar experience with this same person at previous visits. My husband and I won’t be back.

I returned to Chipotle today after nearly two years, hoping the service and quality had improved. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed the opposite.
• Order Accuracy: My pickup order was labeled “Bag 1 of 1.” When I arrived home, only 1 of the 3 meals I ordered was inside — meaning 2 meals were missing. Attempts to call the restaurant led to an automated system with no way to reach a person. I had no choice but to drive back with my small children, only to find a second bag sitting unclaimed with no identifying label. After returning home again, I realized the order was still incomplete—the children’s juice I paid for was missing, adding insult to injury.
• Food Quality: The guacamole was brown, the rice dry and stale, and the chicken overcooked. This is not the standard of freshness or quality Chipotle advertises.
• Customer Impact: As a parent, I don’t have the time to make multiple trips for a single order. The lack of care in labeling, accuracy, and food preparation creates unnecessary stress and erodes trust.
Chipotle positions itself as a brand built on quality and customer experience. What I encountered today was the opposite: poor service, poor food, and no accountability. I urge management to address these issues—accurate labeling, accessible customer support, and consistent food standards—so families like mine can rely on Chipotle without frustration or wasted time. This isn’t fast casual dining, it is fast but it’s incorrect, inconsistent & incomplete at best.
I submitted an IT ticket to Chipotle’s IT helpdesk. The IT ticketing system does not allow copying and pasting of order numbers, nor does it accept screenshots of iPhone email receipts due to a 750KB file size limit. After spending approximately 10 minutes searching online, I was able to locate image resizing software to reduce the receipt size. Overall, Chipotle’s customer support platform is not designed to be user-friendly, making it difficult to submit issues or obtain timely resolution. If I could update this review to be lower than 1 star I would.

Hands down one of the best Chipotle’s in Tulsa. Never run out of ingredients, well staffed, and best of all….I saw an employee actually clean the tables and sweep the floor. This never happens in any other Chipotle. Portion sizes are also very good when you order in person. Hope it stays this way.
