It was a welcoming experience coming the this Carl’s Jr. I hate going to any fast food restaurants anymore. The prices have gone up so much that you can literally pay the same at a sit down restaurant. Most of the time the food is cold and or made sloppy or incorrect. Coming here i was greeted warmly and both Amy and Jonathan were extremely courteous and both helped me set up the app for the first time. They took the time to explain how to use it. My food was hot and tasted great. It was very refreshing to not have to deal with rude people. It is obvious they enjoy what they do and they put the customer first. I will definitely come back. Ordered August 7 at 8:45pm. The fried food was fine but my burger is Inedible. Bun is hard as a rock cheese is hard and stiff like plastic. This has been sitting for a long time and microwaved as soon as I ordered it. I have had better vending machine burgers.

I made a late night order online just before close. There was an error with the order but I was told nothing could be done about it because they had just closed for the night. So, I finally was able to get in touch with the manager (forgot her name) later that week. When she remade my order she addressed all my concerns and then some. What amazing customer service!! She had no attitude about my concerns. Thank you so much!!

Great Costumer service and awesome food! I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the building and the inside looked beautiful. I highly recommend going. The cashier, Valentina, was a great server. She was attentive and focused on getting me my food on time and fresh. She didn’t have me wait long for my food and she was very sweet and very kind. She also recommended specials to me that seemed like a great deal. I will definitely be coming back.
