Description of kebab platter says it comes with mango salad naan rice tikka cause. It came with only rice and the kebabs. No naan no salad no sauce!!!
Biryani came with 5 yes 5 small bite size pieces of chicken no raita no sauce no egg!!!
When I called them they said ok well nothing we can do about it call uber eats. Uber eats is NOT at fault as the bag was sealed! Not even flavorful! Biryani is salty the kebab is decent but needs the sauces and sides

I ordered a grilled lamb sandwich, and it was amazing! Very fresh, flavorful, well cooked and juicy! It resembled persian kenje lamb kabab to me!

Back again… because some things deserve repeat visits
Tried the Malai Kofta bowl once more, and honestly, it’s still one of the best items on the menu. Fresh kofta balls swimming in creamy gravy, a generous portion of rice, and a Kerala paratha on the side.
Simple, satisfying, and exactly what we needed.

Tried original curry with veggies but din’t liked it that much. Too much beans in it. Next time will try something else.
Veg Biryani is like Masala Curry Rice (khichdi). Taste wise it’s ok but don’t expect it like Biryani.

Another update .
Please don’t ever try there spicy 65 (Paneer) or else you will hate this restaurant and food. It was just Paneer pieces, no seasoning and lot of (Yes a lot of) RED color

Whenever in Lubbock, it’s a fix
Same taste of Malai Kofta Bowl, Paneer Pizza and Masala Fries.

I tried Masala fries and Samosa Chat. Both of them are just on point. Portion size is big.
In evening visited them again and tried Aalo Sag for the first time. Loved it.

Even after 6 years, still the Best choice around this area. Simply love there Masala Fries, and Curry Bowls. I like it spicy.

Omg, finally some one did it. I was hoping from long time that some one open an Indian restaurant in Chipotle design and they did it in exact same way.
It’s a chipotle serving Indian food. I tried Malai Kofta and Shack Nan. Flavors were just
perfect. Spices are on mild side which is holding me to give five star, else every thing there is like a rock star.
Large parking, modern interior, ultra fast service.
Keep it up guys.

The portion sizes are very small now. Me and my friend went back there after a month, and ordered the exact same lamb biriyani. The portion that came out felt like they had portioned one meal in two boxes. Also I had added an extra sauce which I never received. 17.89+tips for half a bowl (forget about plates, not even a full bowl) of biriyani with four bite sized pieces of lamb. Way to do business! Never coming back.

This a great place to get some tasty Indian cuisine. A buddy and I were out looking for something new cuisine. I did a search, and this location popped. We came here and ordered several different things from the menu. Everything was amazing. I have been back three times, and each time it has been delicious.

We ordered food here for my birthday party on 5/16 and picked it up around 5:00pm. The food was hot and fresh when it got to our house, and everything was so delicious! The samosas were wonderful with the refreshing and addictive green dip that comes with them. The garlic naan was delightful with that dip as well! The chicken butter masala melts in your mouth, and the biryani exploded with flavor in every bite. And I can’t forget the masala fries! They were so yummy! Great birthday dinner for sure! We’ll be back.

Extremely disappointed tonight. I haven’t had Tikka Shack in a couple of years. I ordered it tonight for me and my dad (his first time trying) and it was 2/3 the portion for the masala and naan while being more expensive.
I used to order this and have to save half of it for my next meal.
My dad was excited to try something new as he’s not that adventurous when it comes to food. He was very disappointed with the flavor and the ratio of rice to masala as was I.
I definitely won’t be back.

The chicken katsu curry was burnt to a crisp and the rice was not basmati it was a weird, mushy short grain rice. Ordered for delivery and they forgot my order of samosas and my wings. I usually love this place, don’t know what happened this time.

Why is it that when I’m paying online and picking up my order so not a delivery where it says leave a tip I put 0.00 it still charged me and made me leave a tip???!!!! Why did it force me to leave a tip? I don’t mind tipping but I like tipping in person. I don’t think this is even legal…. Hmmm I’m going to look into this further.
