The food is always amazing and I hadn’t had any issues with the customer service I come here very frequently but on August 28th around 11:30 at night the cashier on the drive through window was being very rude and gave me attitude when I asked for a straw for my milkshake. I was being very respectful when ordering my food and said thank you after receiving my order but she looked at me very upset. Definitely thinking of changing my go to location

Placed a Mobile order and parked. Checked in at 1125 pm and awaited. Order was supposed to be ready at 1131. It was 25 min later and still no food. I pushed the button around six times and no response. Finally on the seventh try guy comes(stated later he was manager) on intercom and says they’re only serving drive thru. I tell him I’ve been waiting. Finally comes out and I ask for manager and I ask that they we’re going to have me waiting? He tells me manager Liseth just left and it was on him but he never gave me his name. Food was cold. Noticed other cars had show up and parked only to be told to order thru the drive thru. Will be sending email to District Manager.

I love sonic. The mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers are really great! They also have burgers, popcorn chicken, wings, hot dogs, shakes, slushes! All really good. If you’re looking for a meal or just a snack, you can find it here. They have a really good deal called carhop classic. It’s a burger and tater tots for 2.99.

Very disappointed with my food, what’s the point of ordering ahead on the app if it still takes 15 mins waiting for my food? Not only that, 10 mins in while waiting, a lady in a truck pulls in next to me and checks in and her food came out immediately. I was about to complain, but my food finally comes out and of course it’s hardly warm at best. At least they got my drink right, but I won’t be coming back to this location.

Consistently good. Usually come for the chili dog/fries or tots and their drinks. Ocean water and the cherry limeade are our favorites. Love that you can get Atlas bucks from this place too!
