I was surprised with the overall experience since I saw they had 4 stars here. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back if in Reno again. I didn’t do the all you can eat but it’s a good option.

Really love the food here. The sushi is great. I’m a regular customer here. I stop by at least every 2 weeks to eat here and when I can’t, I order for take out. My two last online orders have been terrible! Both times the Maguro ( tuna ) and summer roll have been missing. I work out in Reno but live in Sacramento so the drive is about 2 and half hours. I didn’t think about checking my order this time because what the heck 1 time I understand someone can make a mistake and for get to put them in but it has happen twice already. The first time I emailed the pictures and receipt to the restaurant but never got a response. Now I’m forced to leave a bad review. Next time I place an online order I will have to open all my plates and make sure everything is there.

Be aware that children over 8 years old are charged the adult price, which may not be clearly communicated upfront. There was also a very long delay in receiving our food, and when it finally arrived, several items were missing.
It was difficult to get assistance, as our waitress repeatedly ignored us when we tried to address the issues. The prices are already quite high, and the level of service did not match what you would expect for those rates. The suggested tip amounts also felt excessive given the overall experience.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for the cost and quality of service provided. Sadly, we will not be coming back.

The price is very adorable! Sushi is delicious with lots of options to choose from. The raw fish is fresh and doesn’t have a fishy smell. Service is genuine. Will definitely come back again

I’ve come to this place all my life, and the sushi is still decent but these days it’s just not a good deal, $35 for all you can eat.
Real kicker is today the food was incredibly slow. It was like 45 minutes a ticket and they kept not giving us everything. I had to ask for a missing roll three times. At some point we gave up on eating our fill. I spent 3 hours in the restaurant and wasn’t full by the end.

From the start it was easy and nice experience. We called and Manager quickly calculate full price for two adults and 3 kids with taxes. We came and find it’s no food remains policy here. It’s not like self serving buffet where people think it’s tasty but not actually and they left plenty of food. Ijji sushi brings you dishes until you able to eat all. From all choices it was nothing that was not tasty, slightly rotten/not fresh. All choices are good and tasty. Kids and we are all was happy with this family lunch. It was almost empty in the morning! Other places were overcrowded and I am personally surprised , why? Ice cream is not just tasty but extremely delicious! Some cake sushi is a chedever of culinary ART! I am more than impressed with this place.

One of our favorites. Large menu of all you can eat sushi for a reasonable price. A little bust so service was not up to their normal standards. Food is excellent and not too noisy so we could hold a conversation

The food was horrible. I had to order my plate twice. Because they got it wrong. The first time I was nice. I paid for it anyway. We must have had a sign on us that night. That said, don’t wait on us. We were there for almost 2 hours. Doing the all you could eat this time. It was a unfavorable experience.
