I rarely make reviews, especially bad reviews. But I got two 14” All Meat pizzas. The total was $60. I was like “eh, like everything prices went up I guess, like every else” then I looked at the pizzas. One is burnt and one part of it slid off onto the floor before they put it in the pizza box and all the toppings were dropped in the middle of the pizza. Sad to see one of my favorite pizzas not only jump in price almost 30% but also being made poorly.

I don’t really like giving bad reviews but this was something special. All the walls are covered in graffiti from floor to ceiling which made it feel really dirty. We waited at our table at our table for 20 min before realizing we had to order our food at the counter. We got a half plate of lasagna and waited 45 mins for it to come out, when it did come out it was completely burnt to a crisp and tasted like salted parmesan.

Absolutely delicious. The salad bar with all the different fresh toppings. The ham and cheese sandwich was loaded with ham. Wife had the Italian Beef with cheese. She said one of the best she has had. And don’t forget the free ice cream cone for dessert.

Take out order was burnt. Only partially, but someone looked at that pizza and thought, “yep; good enough”. No, it wasn’t for the price.

Italian Village crushed it.

They hosted our Saint Andrew’s girls basketball end-of-season party and made it effortless. Great food, great service, zero stress. They handled a big group perfectly.

If you need a spot for a team party, group dinner, or event….. this is the place. We’ll be back.

No customer service once so ever no greaters no waiters, way to expensive if your going out to eat, your not going out to get your own drink/refills nor bringing food you order to your table. Walls have nothing but graffiti and sexual words. Definitely will never go here again and definitely dont recommend this place period. Safe your time and go somewhere else and get better service and where thy treat their customers as customers and do take care of their customers

Great pizza, the sauce is sweet & beer is cold! The crust is thin, not a crispy crust. Order from counter & a small arcade.

Read before you go, so you know what we had to figure out (but still go!):
The food was pretty good! I think a few things changed could help get higher ratings: as you walk inside, there is no clear understanding of what to do. Nobody greeted us, so after standing awkwardly for a minute or two, looking around, my eyes finally found the sign *several feet* to the right, that says to seat yourself (inside, outside, bar area, etc.) & that menus are on the table. Great! So we sat at the closest booth, reviewed the menu, and decided what to order. There were other patrons (locals, probably) already eating, so we hadn’t seen the process… after 5 – 10 minutes of still no acknowledgement, I went to the bar where two young men were talking behind the counter. I wasn’t noticed, so I moved around the side to be in their line of sight. Still nothing. So I politely interrupted and asked if someone would take my order. They pointed to a young woman who was on the phone taking a call-in order and said she would help me when she got off the phone. I went to her area (by the drive-thru window) and waited, ordered, and paid. She gave me my receipt and told me my number. I gently requested that she please tell me more – I’ve never been here, so what happens next? No one was rude or disrespectful, and the food was a good comfort food. The salad bar had a good selection, too. I would encourage the owners to have the “seat yourself” sign more visible, and include where to order. Also, an “order here” sign above that area, and a “pick up here” at that spot would also help. Gentle training of soft skills (greet customers, ask if they’ve been here before, etc.). Not a lot of big things, but a lot of little things that would make a big difference!

Ordered a white pizza on the Door dash app. Everything cheese, tomato, spinach, and garlic. 500 different areas for toppings, but I only want is supposed to come on it and described. Little did I know that you have to tell them to put the toppings on the pizza, but not go by description. Did anyone call to say it’s weird this guy is paying $42 for a cheese pizza? No. I get it you don’t make the door dash app, but check out how they represent you. Poorly.

I’ve been going her since I was a toddler with my family. It only gets better. We ordered ahead for chilimac to grab at the drive thru today! Don’t forget you can order pizza etc to freeze for those cravings. We always tip 20% or more because the staff world hard and are always so sweet. IVs is our family favorite.
