Amazing personalized experience. It was my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed every single moment. I ordered the ginger tea which is not on the menu. If you are a ginger person, this is one tea tea you won’t want to miss . The desert was to die for. Will be back for more.

Beautiful experience, beautiful atmosphere. Loved all the attention to detail. As sophisticated as The Plaza and as fabulous as Laduree!!

Myself and my mother in law went today for a Mother’s Day treat. The food was delicious and the ambience was wonderful. The tea room
Is very beautiful from the art work to the gold cutlery and tea cups.
Karen the owner is very nice and the staff are very accommodating and kind.
The only thing I would suggest is to introduce the pastries and each course. Oh and I didn’t get the hot chocolate which apparently is a must. Would go again and recommend to friends.
Yes it’s pricey but I feel it’s a fair price for the food and the atmosphere

We had a wonderful time here and the owner Karen is such a lovely person! All the food and teas were delicious and lovingly curated, not too sweet, and well flavored. We had the $49 course menu and it was more than enough to fill us up. The space is cozy and beautiful. Will definitely be bringing others here in the future and want to try out their new Manhattan location as well! GPS directions were inaccurate for us once we entered the complex but if you go to the back and look for the numbers you’ll find it.

Angelina Hot Chocolate in bottle is an absolute delight! Karen L. recommended Angelina’s Le Emblèmatics gift set, which included the bottle hot chocolate, hazelnut spread and chocolate crepe. It was the PERFECT holiday gift as a stocking stuffer! I bought three! Karen took my order over the phone with extreme care and kindness; packaged it the same day, followed-up with tracking information and I received the goodies on time as promised. Definitely, first class service!!! Can’t wait to personally experience The Parisian Tea Room in the New Year with my family!

Karen and Leah were absolutely amazing. I had to take my two kids last minute – 5 years old and 19 months – and it was still a wonderful time. Karen and Leah were attentive and adjusted some of the menu for them. My son enjoyed hot chocolate instead of tea. He told me his favorite part of the experience was the salad (yes, salad first) and hot chocolate. Each course was light and flavorful and tea was delicious. I am so grateful to Karen and Leah for making my mother’s and mother-in-law’s birthday tea celebration one of joy and great memories!

High Tea at the Parisian Tea Room is an absolute must! We had a great little girl’s day and started off our journey with lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was totally unique, and Karen, the owner, even came over to introduce herself and the concepts behind the tea room. The staff was professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable. We had a beautiful afternoon and the desserts were to die for. For a truly one of a kind experience, the Parisian Tea Room is a definite on the list. Make sure you reserve your table first!

Let me just say what a great experience. My wife enjoys her tea time experiences so I decided to bring her here for an early Valentine’s Day treat. I found this little gem by doing a Google search. While a lot of places were closed due to Covid, The Parisian Tea Room has just extended their hours so with the rave reviews I said why not. Karen, the owner & her crew did a phenomenal job welcoming us in & giving us a perfect Parisian experience from the delicious Angelina hot chocolate to their savory croissants. Everything was so fresh. We brought home the leftover sweet treats for our children and even they devoured it all. My wife could not stop talking about the glassware and the china. Let’s put it this way, we had tea time about a year ago at the Plaza Hotel in NYC. No comparison and not to mention half the price & less travel time if you’re in Jersey. Don’t be fooled when you first arrive you may ask yourself “where are we” but once you enter thru the door you feel like you stepped into Paris.

Parisian Tea Room Review
BEWARE!! Horrible experience!! Very unprofessional. I would rate 0 stars if it was possible.
I spoke with the owner, Karen, and made a reservation for February 12. I reserved a lunch spot, we agreed on a price and menu, and she took my CC info to hold my reservation. A few days later, she sent me a text message (not even a phone call) at 7PM (not business hours) to inform me that she would be changing the menu to a special Valentine’s Day Holiday menu. She offered me two options; agree to a price $30 higher per person or cancel my reservation. I responded to the message that what she was doing was unprofessional and that I would like my reservation upheld at the agreed upon price. She responded, via text, by saying she took the liberty of cancelling my reservation. I have been unable to reach her since then.

To be more specific:
We had difficulty finding the place, as it’s a bit of a maize. Obviously not their fault but when I called the number no one answered so we were on our own.
When we got there the music was very loud and felt more like a bar than a tea room. The music was turned down when other guests arrived about 30 minutes later, but it ruined the atmosphere.
The food was nothing special but for $160 for two people I expected higher quality. The salad was just mixed spring from a bag drizzled with a little olive oil in the middle. The soup was served room temp if not cold (it was good but just disappointingly cold). Had to send it back so they could microwave it. The chicken salad was good, but the desserts were nothing special. The hot chocolate was also not served hot (or really even warm)
The staff was super sweet, but could use an introduction to what they are serving.
