Food was excellent! Was really imprressed by the burgers, felt like a Classic American Burger. The burgers were a bit small but paired with the fries I was stuffed! The fries were great, really crispy and had an interesting seasoning. Would highly recommend for that classic burger experience!

Visited on a Saturday evening 6pm and had to wait for a parking spot but plenty of booths open to dine in even being a small location. Fun, welcoming vibe right when you entered. We were greeted with a warm welcome and did not feel rushed or pushed to order. It was our first time here and we were talked through several options for sauces and toppings on the side as well as add ons. Food came out fresh and hot in about 10 mins even with plenty of take out orders coming through the doors while we were there. I personally enjoyed my burger, it was juicy and hit the spot like any good “bar” or dive spot burger does. My husband loved his spicy chicken sando. He added the house made pickles and enjoyed their flavor but their size made it a bit hard to eat. He ate most of them on the side separate, which to be fair is probably how they are truly intended to be enjoyed. Chicken was cooked well, hardy and balanced with good flavor. I had my fries the Nonla way which included grilled onions, their special sauce and jalapeños. When I say I never want to eat fries any other way I mean it. So good! I’ll be back for these crispy fries and sauce alone! Got to chat with the manager before we headed out and he was very personable. You could tell he enjoyed his job. We will be back for the great service and food!

Got the NL double and the Nonla way fries. The fries were seasoned well and the topping on them were very good. The burger was very cheesy and juicy and although I thought the toppings would be overwhelming, it was the perfect amount of toppings. The house sauce is a little bland but has good taste. The prices are very good for the food you get. The inside was fun but could be a little more decorated or some music being played. The service was fast and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Followed all the good reviews and ordered the Nonla chicken sando. Yum! Great service. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere was because it was a cold day and I sat in the front. It won’t always be cold, hopefully!

Ash was outstanding. I was dining in the middle of the day there and there was a Mad rush. and he handled it very well. There’s also Spanish gentleman who came in and then he was extremely helpful with him too because he spoke Spanish that’s outstanding service and atmosphere and of course the food was always good. I have the Olive burger.

I love this place! It is clean, relevant and the food is delicious. I had a double cheeseburger and fries. The double was delicious and a throwback to all the best bar cheeseburgers I have had. The fries were the best I’ve ever had, really. And one order is easily enough for two people. It’s close and delicious. Parking may be challenging.

Very disappointed. Ordered a door dash and when I got the meal it was missing a pop and my nonla sauce. So I called up there explained situation and she acted blank or clueless like she didn’t know what to do. So I drove up there, now mind you my food is cold. Got my pop n sauce and appetite is ruined and wasted the food. Very very disappointing. Make sure when you get delivery to specify that they triple check b4 it leaves location or better yet make sure you can just go in and order so you can make sure.

Awesome! I loved the burger and the chicken sandwich! The toppings and sauces are fresh and yummy. I was full after eating half of my burger. They also have a vegan burger and a lettuce bun option. It was only 11 dollars for my sister and me to eat there and we were really happy. The seating outside is decorative and the staff is really friendly.

Watch out for extras! Our experience was a very delicious one, albeit a little pricey. We paid $7 extra just for adding drinks and “the Nonla” way to one burger and one fry. Overall, the taste was fantastic! We had a double cheeseburger, a chicken sando, and we split an order of fries. We got “the Nonla way” on the cheeseburger and fries -melted cheese, cilantro, cucumber, caramelized onion, and Nonla sauce. I will say, “the Nonla way” ($1/ea item) is fantastic! The fresh/crunchy cucumber and cilantro cut through the decadent fattiness of the cheeseburger. It was also delicious on the fries. The chicken sando was also great -a nice crunchy, seasoned piece of fried chicken on top of a crunchy carrot slaw. I think the cost of fries is a little steep for the portion. Beverages were also a little steep -but no more so than some other restaurants in the area. Overall we spent $18 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 1 fry. I’m not sure I agree on how cheap the food is, but I certainly agree on how delicious it is!

When I think of Kalamazoo, amazing food isn’t the first thing that comes to mind but that’s exactly what you’ll get when you go to Nonla Burger! I traveled around Michigan for a week and I can say without a doubt, this is the best food I had on my trip. I even went back for seconds! I’m a vegetarian and was unsure if they would have anything I could eat besides fries but followed my carnivorous friend in anyways. The super friendly staff was SO helpful and patient. Offering me a delicious veggie patty or a grilled cheese which is off their secret menu. I recommend ordering everything you get “Nonla Way” which adds grilled onions, cilantro, cucumbers and jalapeños. Drool worthy. Everything we got was beyond delicious and both meat eater and vegetarian were more than satisfied. Seriously so good, I’ll be dreaming of this place on my way back to California. Good bye for now, Nonla!!!
