If zero stars were possible that’s what they would get. I’m sitting in the lobby right now. It’s 11:51am on a Saturday. The lobby is empty and I now know why. My husband ordered 2 breasts with his meal. They didn’t have them so we had to wait 8 mins they said. He told them we would wait if all the chicken we ordered was fresh. He was told they would do that. After 10 mins he went back up to the counter and had to ask for our food. The food was terrible. Only the chicken breast were hot. Biscuits tasked stale and the mashed potatoes tasted old. I asked for a receipt and they could not give me one. Oh and my husbands order was wrong. No apologies no nothing. Worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. They weren’t busy and we still got shitty service and shitty food.

Placed my order on the app. when i got to the store, the dining room (where pickup area is) was closed. i sat in line for 52 minutes, so my food was ready and bagged up and sat for over an hour while i sat in drive thru for almost an hour. so i knew my food was not going to be fresh. oh boy! not only was it not fresh, my drinks were watered down, because apparently they made those and just let them sit. i was missing biscuits that came with my meals, all of the chicken for two meals, and my fries were not even half full. the chicken i did receive was greasy and the breading fell off. overall, a disappointing visit and a waste of $40. i don’t understand how they could mess up my order so bad. i’ll never go back, and i will tell everyone i know about the horrible experience i had at this location.

My experiences have been inconsistent. The food is ok for what it is. However, check carefully as they have trouble getting what you paid for in your order. They are slow. They have difficulty understanding English speakers. My last order, I did using mobile as suggested. Not only was it a long wait, but I was told to back up in the middle of a line of cars at the drive-thru, and go into the lobby and wait. When I finally get the order, someone yells out if “name” is still here. When I say I am, my bag is tossed from the back across the counter so it skids towards me. Service much?

Idk what dudes problem was today in the drive thru because I was literally the only car in line. I asked for a 2pc $5 meal in the nicest way and he accidentally put the wrong meal in; then when I corrected him, he let out theeee biggest sigh of frustration. When I got my food it was old, cold and tasteless but the traffic was so bad; I refused to go back to complain and ask for a replacement order. These young kids do not like to work and it shows! I hate wasting my money!

So, I went to this KFC, because I had nowhere else to go, I got a sandwich combo with nuggets and fries, and a mtn dew sweet Lightning. I got my order, they messed up my order and got me a regular Mountain Dew that tasted bland, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular, the nuggets they got right, the fries were good, I ended up getting a potato wedge in the fries.
Overall, MESSED UP ORDER, FOOD WAS OKAY, PROBABLY NOT GOING TO COME HERE AGAIN! >:(

Just wanna talk about my experience . So I pulled up to the window and after about five minutes with nobody in the line, not one person the guy said I can take your order whenever you’re ready after saying give me a second . I ordered a famous bowl and he told me they were out of the chicken for it and if a chicken fillet would work if they cut it up, I said yes . After I pull around I proceeded to pay with cash . To which he told me card only . I didn’t have a card on me . So wasted my time at the window for no reason, wasted my time and didn’t tell me that it was cash only before we started the order . Then I told him that either give me the bowl or I’m leaving a one star review because this is ridiculous and you wasted my time when you didn’t have to . He didn’t go get the manager Who he said Name was Eddie . So I had to drive off with nothing . Won’t be back And I will make sure that I let everybody on my social media know as well

I ordered a 12 piece original recipe (10 thighs/2 Breasts) meal. I got home and there were only 9 pieces! I PAID FOR 12! (Order # 82) Paid $36.77 total. I tried to call the store twice and ZERO answer! This is why people HATE eating out anymore! Customer service or any way to reach someone to complain to or make the order right are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

Today I want to be a Karen.
I couldn’t convince my mom that none of the family members wanted KFC , so I went .
The lobby was not open on Sunday 1:40 PM.
After getting all my kids out the car I had to strap them back in, they could’ve just posted a sign on the door that it wasn’t open. In the little time I was there multiple people did the same try to open door. This is not the first day that I’ve seen this happen. And the real problem is not posting a sign on Door. I don’t even care if their lobbies open or not just post A sign. I decided to drive to the next KFC instead of using this KFC‘s drive-through.

It’s KFC. Food was hot and fresh. Their staff was phenomenal! I encountered two very polite young men at the drive thru who were efficient and kind. Every restaurant needs employees like them.

I love chicken and I have always loved KFC’s chicken. I normally get the three piece big box (breast and two drumsticks with double fries). This is the meal right here. It’s everything s hungry man would want. Plus a biscuit and drink. The drive-thru today was super quick. I had two cars in front of me but the whole process only took five minutes. Plus the food was super fresh and hot.
