This used to be such a dependable location I’d drive past 2 other ones to come here. I placed a mobile order for pick up on 2/21/26. Got there and was handed a receipt. I then sat not moving. Since I was still at the window I was able to ask for an update and was told “the kitchen is on hold.”
I waited longer, once we got to 30 minutes I asked for a refund. Lauren the manager said they can’t do it, I have to ask for a refund on the app. There’s no way to do that on the app so I emailed customer service. They told me I had to go back to the restaurant.
I returned on Monday 2/23 to be told “we can’t do that I don’t know why they tell people that.” I emailed CS again and they just told me “Please give the restaurant another chance.” All in all I spent an hour of my time, lost my money, and got no food. I can’t imagine the money they make just exhausting people and not making things right.

Place is a mess. CLEAN IT UP! Cold food. What a joke. Update to review. The (owner) comments on your review m, with a BS link. This restaurant is a complete joke. I would not take my dog here to eat. Absolutely horrible. Store should be demolished. Absolutely disgusting. Complete embarrassment to the Community take a couple extra minutes and either go to the other location in Manheim or the location in Lititz. This store needs to be closed until it is safe to eat at.

They gave me a spicy deluxe and not the regular one I ordered. I ordered a souvenir and didnt get it. The spicy patty was tough to chew like really grisly. I live 50min away so I was already on my way home and not about yo turn back.

Stay away from this location 2nd. shift when the guy manager with the glasses is there.You can clearly tell he entertains the teenage drama and his staff clearly has no guidance of their job when he’s there.Fries will always be cold and dry,order will be wrong and like today if you ask for new fries you’ll get some out of control girl slam the fries in the trash and then throw her hands all over the place and rip her headset,all while the manager stands there watching and laughs.Simmer down girly and go home and definitely get rid of the bigger problem “the manager “.bah bye.

I had a great experience. This was actually my first time visiting a McDonald’s in probably close to a year. I was just feeling a medium fry, a McDouble, and a frozen Coke. Everyone was really cool. They all said hi to my dog. The food was hot. I have no complaints.

Why have two drive through lines if you can not support even one. Over 15 mins and no way to get out once you in due to concrete. Also no monopoly pieces on any items.

Normally barely ok, but usually not the freshest food here, but today 1/11/2025 they give me a steak egg and cheese bagel. Bagel was hard, not normal softish-hard, but not quite as hard as a hard pretzel. The steak was 90% fat gristle, yes, about 90% without any exaggeration. I couldn’t even chew It. Why would you make a product full of big chunks of gristle anyways! And the egg McMuffin was cold. I score them at a D- today. Today they sucked big time!

I just want to add that this particular McDonald’s never serves fresh hot food compared to other McDonald’s that I stop at from time to time. It’s like they make all there breakfast sandwiches ahead of time and there they sit for longer than they should. The bread/muffin/bagel are NEVER fresh, EVER! So I have to downgrade this particular McDonald’s to 2 stars for poor food quality. They really do not deserve more.
*Update: 7/18/2025
I now avoid this McDonald’s In MountJoy as much as possible. The food here just sucks 9 out of 10 times. Nowadays, I use McDonald’s In Dillsburg, PA Instead of the one In Mount Joy.
