This is the last straw, this McDonald’s is my local McDonald’s and Pageland has very limited breakfast options. Every single time that I come to the drive-through, rather it be slow or busy they have us pull to a Parking spot or block the driveway so they can bring our meal out. This morning approximately 9:40 AM there was one car ahead of me and none behind me, but they still made me pull around the car that was in front of me at the third window and block the drive so I was not sitting at the window. I’ve worked in fast food years ago and realized that you have window times but this is ridiculous. Better staffing and management needs to be hired at this EU stall Blish because all they’re doing is cheating the system to get better times and the punishment is for the customers. I’ve attached two photos showing that the hashbrowns were not even put into the bags, but just thrown in, this is absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

Very disappointed the girl at the front was new and didn’t know how to use the register. They were trying to get me to order off of the self serve board but you cannot add what I wanted from it. The lady in the back was yelling across the restaurant tell the new girl just to click add sauce. The girl had no clue what to do and needed help. Ended up not getting the food the way I wanted I got no ice in my drink after I told the girl I wanted ice but she didn’t know how to change it back. I was told they didn’t have buffalo sauce but could see it with my own eyes she just yet again didn’t know how to work the register. I asked for ketchup and was given four after I said a handful. Four packs of ketchup is not enough for a large fry.

I don’t know why this McDonald’s has such a low rating, but I went there today with my daughter. We were driving home through Pageland, and everything was very good: clean, fresh hamburgers, and friendly staff.
Maybe it was bad before, but now everything is simply excellent!

Service Great! The new Golden Chicken/Bacon sandwich the chicken was thinner than the breakfast sausage patty you get on the biscuit. Not worth $6.19 just for the sandwich, more like $2.99

The lady that took my order was very rude and rushing. Got to the window and was greeted with attitude and he already taking another persons order. We got our food and the nuggets taste like they were cooked in old greese and they didn’t even put our sauce in the bag. Also who serves lunch at 10:30 and won’t let you order breakfast!

You talk about cleaning, this man was mopping the sidewalk. Awesome job!!!! I’ve never seen anyone at any restaurant mopping the sidewalk!!! Way to go man. I loved that it just amazed me to see someone cleaning and especially the sidewalk!!!! Way to go Pageland SC!!!!!! And my cheeseburger and vanilla cone was fabulous. I went through the drive-thru and parked outside in the car. Then that happened He just came out of nowhere and was mopping the sidewalk!!!! Absolutely Beautiful and Awesome

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way to the beach. Just what you would expect from any McDonald’s. Service was a little slow, only one person at the counter. We wanted the collector cups and were told we could only get them with the sausage & egg McMuffin so we did so. Got 2 of them with large orange juice total was $23.52. If you have the codes, they’ll give you the cup you specifically want

This location has chosen not to share any condiments or anything beyond napkins with its patrons. If you need ketchup ask the front desk, if you need a drink refilled, ask the front desk. My fries were cold. My drink was over iced. My burgers were sloppily thrown together. And as I write this no one is sitting in this restaurant. Why would they? And all of this while I hear a demonic cackling from some person on the crew back in the kitchen. If you have to go to a McDonald’s, go somewhere else.

Everyone is in such a great mood and happy and it shows which is great but it literally took me 17 minutes to go through that line for mobile order that was only a sausage biscuit which was a little cool if I wouldn’t have paid online I probably would have returned it hopefully it’ll be better next time
