Bag was open when I received it, the tacos look like slop. They look as if they had already been made and somebody didn’t want them. Nothing was fresh about those tacos. I didn’t even received my nacho fries. Those are most lousy, dries tacos I’ve ever gotten in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell for anyone.

Everyone ignores you at the counter and if you order for the drive-thru you’ll still be sitting there along with the whole line because they don’t even make it. Even if your order says it’s ready until you get there and check it in. So if you’re going to be in a hurry, do not order her drive-thru online Because we are still standing in line and haven’t gotten our food and it has been a long time

Went to Taco Bell tonight ordered two orders of the street Chalupa‘s two cheesy roll ups and a chicken avocado stacker got home. The two orders of Chalupa‘s were so overcooked. They were impossible to eat and had literally no filling in them. The cheesy roll ups had hardly any filling in them and the chicken stacker also had hardly any filling in it. They were really busy so I figured it was just because they were busy called the store to Ask if I could get it replaced or a refund was told by two different people they were the manager, one a woman and one a man neither of them would give me their names both of which hung up on me called back several times just to be hung up on repeatedly. I wasn’t being rude or belligerent I was being very nice just asking if I could get my money back or the items replaced even said I would bring the items back in tomorrow just wasn’t going to come back tonight because I have a small child with me and it’s a school night when I called back to Ask why they were hanging up on me. They just simply hung up on me again we’ll be going to the store first thing in the morning to speak to an actual manager and if I was speaking to management, that’s even sadder but all I’m interested in getting is my money back and I will not go back to that location ever again very rude. Very disrespectful and the food was very disappointing. They tried to tell me well we don’t put very much stuff in it. They don’t let us, but the thing is as I was there two days ago got the same street Chalupa‘s for the first time thought they were awesome so that’s why I went back tonight to get some for me and my friend won’t happen again at that location unbelievably disrespectful employees who answered the phone

I usually give an establishment three Chances Before I publicize a review, or decide to not return. Today I wanted something quick simple to eat on my lunch break went over to this location I was only customer in line I waited reviewed the menu over and over while waiting a employee walked to counter to place a previous order on counter for a dine in customer, I was ignored not a simple “we will be with you in one moment” just ignored. I have been waiting almost 5 Minutes at that time. I continued to wait. An Older couple came in to drop off what appeared to be holiday cakes that was prepared for the employees. That seemed to get the employees attention, but I was still ignored. They socialize about the cakes. A few people came back-and-forth out of the kitchen area to talk to the older couple that was dropping the cake off, but nobody ever addressed me. So after about 10 minutes or more of being ignored, I decided to leave the establishment. This isn’t the first time that this is happened This is the third time that I have had to wait on service while being ignored when I left the establishment I called to talk to the manager on duty at the time and explained to her the situation she did apologize but her excuse was sometimes the employees get overly excited and forget about the customer, which I really felt like was not a good excuse. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore. I hope that they can get this fixed and explain that just by Acknowledging the customer goes a long way.

Mid day walked in here. The place was clean, and every table was spot free from any food or wrappers. As soon as I walked in, I saw the cashier make eye contact and was ready to take my order. The staff were running high on energy. The food was exceptional .

Ordered 5 tacos on the mobile app at 12:43 pm and it took 20 minutes, until 1:03 pm, to get our food in store. Drive thru was very quick, doing about 5 – 7 orders for every 1 in store. Other customers were waiting 15-20 minutes as well. Food was as expected, restaurant was clean. They also have a cashier to take your order which is a plus. Unfortunately, you might as well go to a sit down Mexican restaurant as it would have been faster. Advice: Drive thru or stay away.

Taco Bell has always been known for quick, affordable food and a creative menu, but one thing that continues to stand out—in a negative way—is the ingredient quality. The flavors can be fun, but the overall experience sometimes feels more like eating lab-designed ingredients rather than fresh, wholesome meals. People who are sensitive to processed foods or who try to avoid certain additives may walk away feeling the effects—whether it’s bloating, stomach discomfort, or just that heavy “fast-food crash.”
Taco Bell can absolutely deliver convenience and creativity, but the chain would really benefit from simplifying its ingredient list and focusing more on transparency and real food. Until then, it’s a place I visit sparingly, mainly because I prefer meals that don’t rely so heavily on artificial components.

It’s really not that difficult of a job to do it the correct way the first time; the same people that demand 20$ an hour and are being replaced by robots… It’s extremely irritating to get home and to find the sauce x15 that I ordered at almost 1.00 each for about a 1/2 an ounce of sauce; $9.00 in freaking sauce, dumped all over the bottom of the bag because people can’t take the time to just do it correctly the first time.

Light skinned kid with a mustache, every time I come in he causes problems & so many mistakes. Last time I came he was talking with a friend of his, as he sweeps the rug at the entrance directly towards me, while I’m using the tablet to order. Mentioned it to him & walked out & just used the app. Glad I had another option without staying in the restaurant and getting sweeped on by an incompetent and inconsiderate person. He’s so immature, disrespectful, not caring to improve at all, coming across very entitled, like he deserves the job no matter what quality of job he does. This time & others, he never reads the orders back & then seems confused why he’s having issues with getting the order wrong, even after paying for it. So many tables dirty & I had a drink with my order & while I’m standing with many other customers waiting for a long time, I had to mention I had a drink with my order, while he’s just standing there like he’s bored, instead of trying to see if he can help with any orders or at least make the drinks.
