I know they are short late at night, so when the 911 center placed an order I wasn’t expecting super speed, but I really wasn’t expecting to get yelled at over the drive thru intercom. Where does it say that I am not allowed to pick up more than 3 orders? Which 911 operator doesn’t get their food? And why are you not updating the app if your machines aren’t working? AND WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT CUSTOMERS?! We don’t know your corporate rules about accepting mobile orders and I don’t know when your milkshake machine is down. Stop yelling at me.

It’s been a while since I came to McDonald’s. Ordered a #9 got a happy meal. I looked inside and saw the burger and fries and figured they use a box now. It’s unbelievable that literally every time I come they screw up the order. Do they mess every single order up or just mine without fail?

I walked in because my phone glitched and I was picking up a large order for a group at my house. I was immediately greeted by three people at the front counter who were extremely busy (and still took the time to smile and acknowledge me). Those team members knew what order I was talking about immediately and a woman who was helping specifically ensured I got all of my food and was patient and smiling. At the end of me getting everything, I heard her tell everyone she was leaving for the night..meaning she stayed past her clock out time to ensure my order was completed (also unknowingly ensuring no meltdowns from my children). When I asked for her name, she told me it was Deena (sp?). Everyone that was working tonight was absolutely awesome, especially her!
