We had some winter weather recently and my buddies were working hard clearing off parking lots. I went through the drive-thru and the lady told me they were doing “door dash only orders”. Why on Earth would you turn down a paying customer right in front of you ever? They were obviously still cooking. I was beyond furious. I will never go back.

Night before Thanksgiving 🙂 And all through the town of Cape Girardeau their was No Food After stopping at 2 different places we were told no food. We stopped at this Taco Bell it was close to rhe interstate.After everyone else had totally BAD ATTITUDES..Was pleasantly surprised by a young gentleman name” Demo” r Damo was told they were out of alot of things and were really only taking Door Dash r on line orders he could tell we were frustrated so he did what no one else did with a huge smile on his face an ALot of patience he accommodated us with some hot food. We really appreciated his kindness ,patience and GREAT ATTITUDE… WHILE EATING R FOOD MY HUSBAND AND I WERE TALKING ABOUT THE YOUNG MAN AND HOW PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK HE WAS TO MAKING EVERYTHING PERFECT. We got there and looked at the door to see dine in hours and couldn’t find any. We walked in and a dude came up and told us politely that the lobby was closed ( it was a little before 9pm) and he hasn’t locked the doors yet. I look it up on Google and there isn’t even any dine in hours on Google. So we go through the drive thru, order our food and get home. We the food was awful. I had 2 chicken challupas and the shells were really really hard, like they were old, been left out for a while or something. We got 2 orders of nacho fries and they were really crunchy as well. Just overall the food wasn’t all that good. I’m very disappointed.

We ordered our food on the Taco Bell app and went to pick it up. As we entered there was a bad smell in the restaurant and the place was really unclean. The workers didn’t give the extra sauces with the food that we ordered. They also mixed up our drinks, giving us 4 drinks instead of 3. Giving us the wrong type of drinks instead of what we chose on the app aswell. The workers were unfriendly and they acted like we were bothering them. The Restaurant was unclean. Order was mixed up. And mediocre food quality. Very disappointed, as this was my first Taco Bell experience.

It’s always a problem something going on everytimr I try this location. Internet or online or they out of stuff. Not ran very well I never have these problems with the one on Kingshighway. I never leave reviews but atp put something better in this Taco Bell spot bc they might as well be closed anyway much as they shut down!

This place just sucks, one of the worst Taco Bells you could go to the food sucks the service sucks, I’ve ordered door dash multiple times where they just cancel the order bec they don’t wanna make food. If you don’t wanna do the job don’t work there

Went into the lobby to order and the place was filthy. they said I had to use the self-service kiosk but I couldn’t even find the products that I wanted on it, I really don’t want to go in there and have to do their job, not sure why someone could not take my order. There was a mildew odor. Decided to go through the drive-thru. An even stronger mildew odor came through the drive through window. From what I could see of the floor behind the cashier it was filthy and had napkins and trash strown everywhere. In spite of all those red flags I ordered and ate my food. Didn’t taste too bad but literally the next morning I crapped my drawers before I can get to the bathroom. This is not a joke this is 100% honest review. No hate on Taco Bell as a whole but y’all got to step up your game over there.
