We stopped here driving through town and the food and service was fantastic! The waitress kept our drinks full and our food was delivered hot and promptly. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return in the future.

I’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The service is very good, the food is just what you’d expect from a wing chain. Actually there’s more variety than one might think, which is nice as I’m not actually a wing kinda guy. Good sandwiches, burgers, tenders, etc.! I just wish there were more TV’s. Hard to see the game sometimes. (Ha!)

A joke of a restaurant. Came in here for a pickup on January 17th at 4:30 pm. I spent 40 minutes waiting before I gave up. They are trash at their jobs.
They could care less about pickup orders, they only care about dine ins. The host with black hair in a top knot whos a certified trainer is more worried about flirting with all the men that walk in than doing her job. She ignores everyone that isn’t an available male. Its disgusting, and her attitude is disgusting.
They should close ALL pickup orders if they are this badly managed. I will NEVER come here again and I will be reporting this buisness to the fire marshall for having beyond the normal occupancy as well as other agencies to discuss how to get this buisness shut down for its poor service.
So do yourself a favor, don’t order pickup if you’re not a man looking for a quick hook up and if you don’t want to wait 40 minutes to an hour for food.
I will be blasting this location on every social media platform including tiktok and Facebook to ensure no one comes here.

Chicken wings were crispy, juicy, and had the perfect amount of sauce. Our server Vanessa was beyond amazing. She was very attentive with every table even though she was so busy. Truly made our meal an amazing experience.

Ordered 10 trad medium wings all flats and 20 trad garlic parm wings with both drums and flats all to go. There was probably enough sauce for one chicken wing to be halfway covered. It was like the le croix version of sauced wings. A hint of the essence of the buffalo sauce. The wings that were unsauced (most) were dryer than my sense of humor. Did the cooks just chicken out on adequately saucing these wings? For the final disappointment: drum roll please: the garlic parm wings were almost completely drums despite supposedly being both drums and flats.
Needless to say, I flat out won’t be ordering takeout from sauce skimping, chicken acting, fools at the Loveland location.

I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings for delivery this evening through DoorDash, and I’ve genuinely never tasted food that’s more inedible than what I received. Both the fries and chicken wings were ice cold and hardened – as if the food had sat out for over an hour. It’s so hardened and cold, that it’s completely inedible. I will absolutely never purchase food from this location again. Absolutely disgusting!

First thing first I would like to say Jesse K is amazing! Second thing second I am a DoorDash or I was picking up an order for a DoorDash customer. I waited in the lobby and couldn’t get help for 7 to 10 minutes and I honestly felt like I was being ignored by every other worker walking past meuntil Jesse came up and asked if anybody’s helped me I said no and she said oh my God I am so sorry. Let me get you taken care of. I gave her the name of the customer. She grabbed it right away and sent me on my way. I think most of the servers/hosts/hostess need to be trained that DoorDash are not paid hourly they are paid per order so when we get delayed, we lose money
