I appreciated them being open on Christmas Eve but it would’ve been better for them to be closed. The app was not working properly so I ordered from the store. They were rude and impatient(nobody was there). When I received my food, at least one of the tacos came with no meat. I gave feedback expecting a response, but never heard from them.

They messed up on our order, assumed we were wrong because the manager saw my boss had briefly looked in the in the bag before pulling off from the drive thru. This resulted in me going down there to return to retrieve the said items and the manager treated to me like I was unwelcome and wouldn’t look me in the face. Handed me my bad and walked away. Her employees were super nice and friendly the manager was not at all! Steer clear. I asked for the district managers phone and she told me ” we dont give pur district managers’s phone number you can do the receipt”
This shows a great decline in the customer service industry. Clearly standards have dropped completely to the bottom of the barrel.

Been getting lunch here at least once a week for the past year the service at the drive thru is great nice well mannered ladies but the kitchen staff needs to be fired they’re obviously incompetent the simplest orders are always half ass put together or wrong.

There were 4-5 people working and the entire time they were yelling and screaming at each other, and complaining about having to remake an order. Terrible experience overall.

They refused to let me use the bathroom unless I paid first and then banged loudly on the bathroom after 5 minutes begging me to leave yo forget this place in 2003 this was the go to spot for me for the meximelt but just based on that they’re mean to the bone
