As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Highly disappointed. 11:40 pm I just left this location very upset with the service I received. I will be reaching out to management in the morning as well emailing corporate right after this review. The light man working the window with his full beard hanging over my bag that contained my food was very rude. I’m talking very rude. He proceeded to tell me I was doing to much and how it was already a rainy day. The weather I don’t control. I only asked for his name because I thought he was the manager. They over charged me. & was upset I seen it. Look at the cameras. He proceeded to hand me money once I complained. We just brought a 200k house in the neighborhood. This would’ve been my go to location. But with the service I won’t be returning and will be calling the health department due to his hair being nasty all over customers food. We pay for . Food is horrible by the way. Just tried it and the bacon on my loaded fries is old. Taste like grease. The chicken sandwich is not even fresh. Sending pictures to corporate with email. This is really unacceptable. He said I’m doing to much but he not spending money. We the community are the ones spending money at the location, also letting the Nextdoor group know about this. Business will slow up at this location. But the employees don’t care. They playing on yall clock. Getting minimum wage n being rude. Wow. Really missing their blessings.

Boyfriend went to get me my favorite spicy chicken. This time I took a bite it felt moist and very different from my previous sandwiches. My chicken wasn’t even COOKED THOROUGHLY! pink as heck in the middle. Spit it out immediately. Didn’t feel like going back to show them but here’s the disgusting proof!

I wish I had gotten the lady’s name that served up. She was an older lady and was extremely rude. We just wanted to verify our order was correct before we pulled off. She says to us its right, I know what im doing. Like she was offended we wanted to check. Which we were missing two items glad we did check tonmake sure…mind you when she handed us our food all my husband said was let me check really quick..very polite, very mannersble and we get this reaction from her..its the older lady with the thick African accent…hopefully she gets additional training on customer service

It didn’t take too long for my food! The one on Wesley chapel was too slow, no one took my order, waited 15 minutes, no one came to take my order at all! I had to drive to the one on Glenwood for faster service!
