Asked my wife to pick up some original recipe tonight. She got it home (we live 30 minutes away) opened it up and it was burnt. You can’t tell me they didn’t see it because the bottom of the bucket is worse, like they tried to cover it up. Over the years this store has gone down hill bad. I will not be back to this store.

I waited 2 1/2 hours inside the restaurant on my meal just for one of the staff members to say that they had forgotten that my meal was already ready ♀️ This place is a damn joke especially the staff goofing off in the back playing around the food is absolutely unprofessional. They really need to shut the store down and don’t even bother to reopen another one because those same people just might migrate to the other store. This store used to be run pretty decently a couple years ago. I don’t know what happened, but it is the most awful service I’ve ever received in this town aside from the Popeyes in East Palatka. I will not ever in my life put my family through what I had put them through just to eat a meal again I will not recommend anybody to go to this store at all. I actually recommend that they shut it down because the store cannot possibly be making any money on the service that is slow and the orders are wrong on top of being slow.

I stopped at this Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch. They offer a drive through, ordering at one of the two kiosks inside or at the counter. I chose the Classic Chicken Sandwich. It was very good, with just the right amount of mayonnaise and pickles. I loved the look of the dining room with its bright red cheerful atmosphere. The young lady who waited on me was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I looked on my receipt, and it stated her name is Ashley.

I just came up through the drive-through. I ended up paying for someone’s kids meals that an employee forgot to bring up. I’m gonna come up there tomorrow. I’ve been trying to call the store nonstop and no one‘s answering the person that brought out my food forgot my macaroni and my Sierra mist and my Dr Pepper. I’m highly upset that nobody can bother to even answer the phone or properly do their job

Went to get a bite to eat for lunch with the family and friends. We had a big table for us and everything was made to our order and made sure everything was right. Restaurant was clean and not busy. Good place for lunch or dinner when not in the mood for cooking

We live 40 minutes away from there. We go through drive through and they give us the smallest pieces. Or they don’t give us a whole bucket. We order 8 piece. We got 7! look at the photos. I’m thinking they’d keep the big pieces of for themselves so they can take them home… The last time we were here was over a year ago. Very slow service. Not even acknowledged. Consistently slow “fast food”, CONSISTENTLY. Manager was short with me and told me biscuits would take another 16 minutes after waiting 45 minutes already. I asked for a refund and manager said she would not process a refund for an online order. Unfortunately I cannot give this location and the staff here a zero star rating. I have never called corporate on any business until now.

I went in this location looking to get a simple bucket of chicken and was met with bias racism when the staff refused to take my order and directed me to use the kiosk but then service multiple people after myself when the kiosk doesn’t have the filler up bucket specials on it. When I asked multiple times for the manager to make a complaint I was told I was talking to the manager. Lastly when I went to leave the racist manager had called her boyfriend/husband to incite violence as he promptly showed up as I was leaving. I will file a claim against this location as well as the corporation that allows a place to run like this

While in town, I started to pickup some Popeyes to take home, but decided on KFC, as I hadn’t had any in a while. There was nobody in the drive thru so I pulled up to the speaker. I ordered a two piece combo, All White with a breast and a wing please, Cole slaw and sweet tea. I pull up to the window, pay for it, the lady at the register, dark skinned with tats, (sorry, didn’t get her name) asked if I had Mac N cheese or Coleslaw. I said slaw and she grumbled away and then came back with my food in a bag. I drive home (12 miles) to find my ALL WHITE, BREAST AND WING turned into a leg and thigh. I don’t eat dark meat. Besides that, it didn’t look like KFC original. It a semi hard brown color. So, I drink the tea, eat the coleslaw and and give the chicken to my German Shepherd. It’s pretty sad that they hire people who can’t tell the difference between a wing and breast and a leg and thigh. If, and at this point a big if I go back, I’ll sit at the window and check everything before I leave.

Hadn’t ate there in awhile, now I remembered why. Chicken looked like it was cooked in old oil, biscuits were doughy. Would like to post a picture of the chicken but there’s no where too,wonder why? Won’t ever eat there again!
