First time going there, got served quickly through drive through.
I ordered two chicken avocado tacos. my stomach can’t handle the pico or green sauce it comes with, so I ordered without it. paid and then drove off, come to find out that it had both the Pico and green sauce.
I had to drive back to restaurant to get it fixed. waited about another 5 minutes. got a cold flour tortilla with slapped chicken and lettuce with some cheese and avocado.
it looked horrible.
months go by before going there again. ordered the same thing and guess what? the same thing happened. This time I parked in the lot to check before driving off and sure enough they got my order wrong twice. Went inside and same thing happened. Cold food everytime and it’s like they slap the food in the foil and give it you. Don’t go there unless you want cold food. Customer service is alright as well.. homeless people hanging around outside as well. idk that was my 2nd and last time going there. I was hoping they would’ve gotten better after the months of going but was equally disappointed.

Do not go here. They’re shedding the chicken so you can’t tell that the double chicken tostada doesn’t even have a much chicken as the regular one used to have.
But the audacity… they WATERED DOWN the cilantro sauce. Literally so thin its basically water. I can to smell it to make sure of what it was because it’s so watered down the color was wrong.
Edit to add, one side of the tostada itself is SOGGY.
This is the last time I’m giving this place a chance, every time in the 2 years I’ve lived here has been disgusting.
It’s so gross I can’t even eat it, which pisses me off considering *this* is what I wasted my time and money on at 9pm when all I wanted was dinner so I can get to bed.

Idk who got fired but 2 months ago the food was way betterthen. my double chicken bowl didn’t have any chicken on it(for 15 you guys need to do better)- i had to grab some of my husbands chicken and put it on my food.. once i can understand but twice.. this really bums me out

This is the third time I come to this location.I should’ve known better from the previous two times when I came and the food was cold hardly any chicken and also received the wrong order the second time I went. Today showed up at around 445 pm I ordered a mixed meal with sides and a burrito total was almost $60 i paid with a $100 bill which is all I had on me. I didn’t think it was bad since my change was only gonna be $40 the lady and the register came at me with.Do you have a smaller bill?I don’t have change, and I told her, no, that’s all I have.And she started giving me an attitude and said , well , I don’t have change how do you not have change at almost 5 PM?That’s what I don’t understand i really didn’t like the attitude.She was giving me so I told her to cancel the order.And left .never going back again , really bad customer service.

We got the 8pc. Family Feast. It came with 8pcs of grilled chicken including 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs which was perfect. For our sides we got the rice, beans, and Mac n cheese which were proportioned perfectly for 4 people. Lastly, it included 4 short churros, like half the length of what a regular churro would be, the ones I’m used to seeing anyway but, still good. No complaints. It was delicious. Honestly, drinks would’ve been a nice include but, I still loved the deal. Thank you!

Went there today and I would take these nachos back if i lived closer. Water down salsa, stale chips, hard chicken mixed with non-edible chicken parts. Blech!!! Also, I asked for extra chicken….definitely no extra chicken

The restaurant open at 10:00 however we waited outside for an extra 10 minutes untill they opened the doors for us. We ordered our food and when we went to find a spot to sit it was a challenge because there were no clean tables not even one clean table in the whole place. The trash can area, drink area and all the other surfaces were dirty!

i was here today and that’s when i saw a worker named Juana snatch burritos out of another workers hand. i saw the worker (victim) ask Juana who is responsible for this lack of behavior ignore the her! Juana who is an employee started to yell at her coworker so loud right in front of me in ghetto drive through!! i couldn’t believe what i was witnessing and i am extremely upset. who hires workers who are going to act like a fool in front of costumers!? and disrespecting their coworkers in front of others with no embarrassment??? how unprofessional and disgusting seriously! i will never want to return knowing that Juana still works there she is so rude and loud to her own coworkers and doesn’t care that costumers are witnessing it too she is so disrespectful. Hire workers that actually respect their coworkers and thrive in a healthy environment. what a shame she should not be working there she is so miserable! stop hiring people who are miserable just to put down others! HORRIBLE
