Service was a little slow, could have been short staffed, but our server was awesome! She never let our drinks get empty and kept updating on food order. It took quite a bit of time. Food was hot when it came to us and very good! We left with plenty of leftovers due to eating the bread before our entries. She made sure we had what we needed and drinks to go!
Th floors were a little messy but we got there after 1pm so it could have been after the lunch rush too. Our table was clean and everything stocked (sugar, salt, pepper station).
Did visit the bathroom before leaving and they were clean. Overall, would go back!

Oh and I ordered sausage gravy and biscuits for husband take home, still the bill was under $65 for 4 meals and leftovers which included drinks!

Food was great. The restaurant was very busy but we didn’t wait long at all for a table or our food. We had Katelyn (or Katie with the tattoos if I didn’t spell her name correctly) as our server. She was very friendly, full of smiles, and made sure I never ran out of strawberry lemonade

Normally have an ok experience, food has fell off over the years. Our most recent experience was horrible, we work all the time so we figured, hey we’ll take a break and order in, first thing we noticed was our side was missing, so we called to let them know and was told yeah after the Dasher left we realized we forgot to put it in, then was told we could come down to pick it up even though we paid for delivery, they oh there’s new ppl so that’s what happened, even though there should have been someone quality controlling the new ppl. But then noticed that we got 1 thing of gravy for our country fried steaks, the other one had ranch in it and 4 small things of ranch. The country fried steak was nasty and had no meat in it. Was going to call but had to work, and by the time I got off so was the manager.

Tara was an amazing waitress; however, the management was deceitful and lazy. When my food arrived, there was something green on my eggs. The manager wiped it off and tried to give the same plate back to me. After I pointed it out, she agreed to get me a new plate, but when she returned, it was the same plate again—just with the wrong egg cut off. I confronted her about lying, and she took the plate back and apologized. Eventually, I did receive another plate, but the eggs and bacon were cold and greasy. They did offer a discount on my meal, but I won’t be going back. If I do return, it will only be because of Tara; they really need a new manager. really need a new manager.

This is a nice restaurant.
Our waitress was so sweet,
helpful and attentive.
We really love Bob Evans and
our meals were delicious.
My only real complaint would
be the excessive new country
music that was playing
throughout our visit.
I understand the whole farm
and down home cookin’ thing, but
even old classic country would be
much more tolerable. Something like
the music from the movie ‘Oh Brother,
Where Art Thou?’ would actually be great.
That’s probably what the real Bob Evans himself listened to anyway.
So yeah, change the music,
and you got a good thing going on.

I put in an order and ordered the salad easy instructions were less lettuce it seems they got confused and thought I asked for more lettuce, I had to waste half of the salad because it was all lettuce! Beware when you order your self a $12 salad or should I say $12 Lettuce container! Awful my suggestion is pay attention to the special instruction other wise why have it there also it would be nice if you had an option to use a gift card on line too! The picture I included is what is going on the garbage soggy lettuce!

I’m not one to exaggerate but this meal was nearly inedible. Ordered three dinners online for pickup, arrived 5 minutes before it was to be ready, and was presented with a sealed bag. Drove 5 minutes to home to find it was all cold. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, and the tiny serving of fries was cold. The filling of the sandwich was all over the place off the bun and stuck to the fries, and the chicken was nearly inedible: cold, overcooked and so dry and hard I actually struggled to bite through it, no exaggeration. My guests’ meals were similarly cold and indifferent, but they were too kind to complain.
